Im very sad and disappointed. Ive never experienced competition like this, and from an employee who works there? Crazy! I picked out two used frames and ordered one right away. The other one I saved to buy in the new year, two weeks later. I really loved those frames -- Pradas they were. Chantine helped me and was very friendly. I saw her put my frames away in a box with all of my info. Then she went on to say that she has an obsession with eyewear and showed me a pic from her phone of hundreds of eyeglasses that are stacked up nicely on her counter at home. I thought this was very unprofessional, but waved it off. I should have seen a red flag the moment I tried the Prad frames on when she said they didnt look good. I shouldve known! Unfortunately, two weeks later when I came back to order my Prada frames/glasses they were gone when she opened the box. She "pretended" to look everywhere and then started saying how shes going to have a "talk" with her employees to tell them to stay out of her stuff. I highly doubt an employee would go into my box she held for me with my info, take the frames out, and sell them to someone else. I hate to judge but I seriously think she wanted them and kept them for herself! I mean, she told me they didnt look good! How nuts is that?! Anyway, I ordered another pair that day but I was screaming inside. I wanted the pair that I originally chose and they were taken from me! Im so upset now that Im going to return this pair and I will never, ever return to this unprofessional dump! As for Chantine, I think if you work somewhere where youre obsessed with the product it can be a big temptation, which then leads to lying and deceiving. I think she needs to look for another line of work! Shame on her and shame on the company! Awful! Horrid!

I was fooled by initial visit, they were nice and speedy. But the good services stopped there. I recieved my glasses and they were missing the anti-glare/anti-reflection. I sent them back. It took more than a month to get my glasses back because they were too busy and then the lenses were too thin. So when I finally got them back they are still missing the anti-glare/anti-reflection. You can see screens, flashes and lights in my lenses. The lenses also do not fit right in the frames, there are gaps between the frame and lenses. EEK! And they have messed with the fit because they pinch behind my ear causing a throbbing. Worst $300 I have ever spent and now they will not return my calls. I do not recommend this lenscrafters.

Worst experience ever! I went in at 3pm for an appointment and didnt get out till 5pm. When I was filling out papers another lady said she had a 3pm appointment also. The doctor, The doctor had me waiting outside and used the excuse that my eyes had to wait 15 minutes while he checked her. He kept moving us. The technician was cleaning the machine with a wipe when it fell and instead of getting a new clean one said she would use the other side. I asked for a brand new one and she got upset, very lazy. The doctor treated me like a little girl and said he "didnt trust me not taking my contacts off". I will NEVER come here again. I feel like I should be getting my money back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Kyle Kasper was the eye doctor who examined my eyes. He wasnt patient with me in trying to figure out my right prescription. Even after he said it was a slow day... The contacts he prescribed were the acuvu oasis and they dried out as soon as I put them in my eyes. Also the prescription is way off and my eyes have been straining. I have never been so angry, frustrated, and annoyed by such an experience. I wasnt going to write a review but after my 6 month contact supply was gone in 2 months I had to say something. I will never go back to this place.

Used to work at Lenscrafters for 7 years. The general manager (kathy) and lab manager (James) both told me not to come in to work anymore after reducing my hours to 8 per week. 3 write ups are required to fire an employee and I had one. Not to mention my lab statistics were great. This company is shady in every way. Lab manager James Tubbs, who is now at Chapel Hills will pass any lens outside of the tolerance of company standards. He does not care about anything but his own. I do not recommend shopping or working here.

Complete waste of time. I was told they accept tricare then when I got there the doctor that accepts tricare wasnt in and the doctor available "isnt qualified" to do tricare. How do you as a company accept tricare, but then only certain doctors take it and certain dont?? Couldve called after I told you my insurance to say that yall do it when you feel like and save me a trip and gas money

The doctors office sucks. All I need are contacts. Ive gone in 3 times in the past 2 weeks and no doctors are present so they close the doctors office 6-7 hours early (or maybe it was closed all day) Cant pick up contacts I ordered a month ago. Going elsewhere after I pick these contacts up someday, and I advise everyone else to as well.

@Anna Pelonis-Mills - I used to work at a LensCrafters, and from what I remember, theyre not allowed to hold glasses for a customer up to 2 weeks. They put the glasses back in stock if the customer doesnt come back for them within a week. So, she should not have promised to hold them for you that long in the first place if she did.

Horrible, they promise my sun glasses in 7 days it now has been 21 days no sunglasses. They are always having computer problems, and cant seem to find the order as well. Will not be going back and will not recommend to anyone.

Came in hoping to buy a few different pairs of frames. As soon as I walk in the employee says "I close in 9 minutes" Didnt even try and assist me just wanted me out of the store so he could close shop.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. All of the employees are unprofessional and incompetent. I would advise everyone to avoid this store. Go to the one in Chapel Hills mall instead.
