Horrible Customer Service! I have seen Dr. Sherwood for several annual eye exams and purchase all of my contact lenses at the Wal-Mart Vision center. I called because the box I had just purchased did not fit properly and I could not see out of my left eye. When I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sherwood, Scott suggested that I go back to the doctor that wrote the prescription. I was willing to pay for an eye exam because I was worried I may have scratched my eye. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and will not refer anyone to her again.
