When I came in to get my eye exam, the girls who worked up front were friendly enough. When I was finished with my exam, one of the ladies was really friendly and being "buddy buddy" with my fiance and I. She was very helpful and made us feel like she really cared. After we spent over $400 on new glasses, we were instructed to fill out a survey online about her. I went home and gave her a positive review. I regret doing so now, as I picked up my new glasses about a week later, and upon arriving home I noticed that the right "arm" of one of my frames wiggled back and forth and felt loose. So I went back to Visionworks and before I could even say what my problem was, the woman working at the counter got very defensive. I was immediately interrupted by her and she took my glasses and said there was nothing wrong with them. I tried to explain my concerns several times and was interrupted each time with a condescending response of "they all do that because of the spring hinges" and "that is supposed to happen". I realize that spring hinges will move, but this particular arm wiggled side to side in a way that the other arm did not, and I expect a product I spend that much money on to have a little bit of customer service when there is an issue with them. The woman who was my "best friend" just a few days earlier didnt even acknowledge or speak to me. I guess since I wasnt there to spend money I wasnt worth her time anymore. I felt very disappointed with the behavior and disrespect of the women working the front counter.

Great staff Kelly and Dawn were very helpful! They got a hold of my insurance to take care of the problems I was having. The store also has a great selection of glasses. Everyone was very friendly and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a local optometrist!!

This place sucks I was on hold for 15 minutes just so they could get hung up on and they told me to go in so I did and then they said I could be seen I do not recommend this place to no one
