After having Bilateral Cataract Surgery, my Surgeon recommended Mountain View Vision, as the best source for my new glass Rx. I was able to contact them, and told I could come in at anytime without a appointment for the fitting, upon the arrival I waited less than 5 mins before being greeted and helped to select frames for both regular and sunglasses. Then immediately helped to clearly understand my needs with them. I was told it would take up to 2 weeks to receive them. However I discussed fact I was going on a driving vacation, and a rush was put on the order. To my satisfaction and surprise I received a call just 5 days, that my glasses were in, and I was able to pick both pair in less than a week. Again picking up the glasses went very smoothly and quickly with waiting of less than 15 minutes for both pair. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Our family has been using Dr. Staci for years and we could not be happier with our experience. Being blind in one eye since birth, I take my eye care very seriously and I trust Dr. Staci with my vision. I recently had an eye emergency and was seen on very short notice by Dr. Melissa Tada, and that experience was very reassuring. I was equally comportable with the emergency treatment received from Dr. Melissa. The staff is great, very professional and friendly. We purchase all of our glasses and contact lenses fromt he on-site optical shop. One stop for all of our eye care.

Ive been going to see Dr. Tada for about 5 years. I always appreciate how prepared and courteous everyone in the office is. They know exactly what my insurance covers before I walk through the door and are ready to help when I arrive. They assist with coupons and rebates and other forms of saving money. Dr. Tada is always prompt, kind, and knowledgeable. I believe that she genuinely cares about her patients and has our best interest at heart. The facility is clean, comfortable, and convenient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tada.

We recently moved to Colorado Springs from Denver and selected Mountain View Vision based on the great reviews. I was not disappointed! Dr. Tada was very personable, upbeat, and energetic. She was very knowledgeable, performed a thorough examination, and explained my vision results in detail. I didnt feel rushed, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and even stayed after hours to accommodate me. I highly recommend this clinic for your vision needs!!

My husband and I have been with Dr Tada since her practice opened and we wouldnt go with anyone else. My husband has diabetes type II and she has consistently provided the best treatment for him, keeping us informed of changes to his eyes, and staying updated on the newest technology that has helped us to be aware of those changes. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and have even mailed replacement glasses to me when I have been out of town! We couldnt ask for a better eye doctor. Thanks!

Dr. Tada along with her staff took care of my five children and me with such compassion. Although our visit (as a family) was almost six months ago, I remember it like yesterday! It was the most organized, friendly, courteous office visit I have ever experienced with my family. We love Mountain View Vision! My 6 year old son loves Dr. McMullen and due to her advice, care and concern his vision has greatly improved. Over the past 2 years he went from seeing 20/120 to 20/30 in his weakest eye so we couldnt be more happy with his care. She can recognize the true problems even with a childs limited ability to express themselves verbally. Dont hesitate to take your children and adults to Dr. McMullen. Shes fantastic!

Dr. Staci McMullen is great with adults and fantastic with kids. she takes time to explain all aspects of visions, tests, correction, and relates it to things you can understand (sports analogies, academic stories, etc). I have never experienced such a personable medical staff, but Mountain View Vision has a unique personality that would make anyone comfortable and leaving there with a full understanding of your eyesight/Vision.

Absolutely fabulous vision clinic!! I have been with Dr. McMullen for years and our entire family loves her caring and honest approach to eye care. The office staff is incredible... always greeting us with a huge smile and theyre very efficient. I cant remember the last time I had to sit in the waiting room for more than a couple minutes. I really appreciate that my time is considered just as valuable as theirs.

I originally sought out Dr. McMullen when I found out that my youngest was extremely farsighted and I wanted someone who specialized in treating children. I could not be more pleased with her. This is an amazing office. From the front desk staff to the doctors! Wait time was super minimal and everyone seemed really pleased to be at work and helping us with anything needed, from scheduling to our actual visit. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
