Summary: location does not hold true to its appointments, over confirmation required and lack of communication. For the price they charge for glasses you can get better service elsewhere. Full Story: I had used Experts On Sight last year to get a pair of glasses speficically for computer useage daily and was very satisfied with the service I got and the product I recieved. However, this year i attempted to bring back some repeat business for my everyday glasses and have had one difficulty after another. I originally set an appointment early morning, but had to cancel myself due to overtime requirents at work. This is when it got complicated. I asked if they still did Saturday appointments and was ensured they do and will have someone call me when the next weekend opens up. I get the call and cofirm my time for a 4:30pm appointment and was told that it may come earlier, but if I want ro keep my scheduled time I could. Throughout the week I got 6 confirmation requests. 2 by email, 3 by phone and 1 by text. This was after I already left a voicemail and confimed by email on thier website. Saturday comes and I get a text around 11 that an earlier appointment opened up, I did not reply to this as I did not want an early appointment due to plans I made around my 4:30pm appointment. Then I get a text at 3:00pm to call monday and reschedule a new appointment... completely canceling my already confirmed and schedules appointment. I called monday and left a voicemail stating that I was dissatisfied with how Saturday proceeded and got no responce back. I am at shock that this is the same location i was at a year ago... such hot and cold service is very unprofessional.

Pros: Evening hours offered. Location Office Staff is friendly and knowledgeable On-site frame selection Last but not least, Dr. Candria freaking Meharry! My situation is probably unique, but I think my experience at Experts On Sight speaks volumes to their approach to clients. After having been prescribed with acute astigmatism in my left eye (legally blind in one eye) at a young age, none of my previous doctors even gave it a second thought. Dr. Meharry asked me a series of questions and took the time to see if contact lenses might help. Keep in mind, no other doctor even entertained the idea of contact lenses, (the logic being that glasses offer protection that contacts do not) without ever considering the fact that contacts may enhance my vision in ways that glasses cannot. I have been wearing glasses since I was 19, here I am 11 years later, within 45 minutes, Dr. Meharry determined that contacts were a great idea AND I would see better because of it, there is also a chance that my left eye could improve over time. The opticians on hand were also very helpful in walking me through the contact application process, they were patient and noticeably excited for me to be able to wear contacts. By the time I left, everyone in the office (5 people) all addressed me by name, thanked me and wished me a good night. I highly recommend Experts on Sight to anyone looking for a more personal approach, who knows, maybe you could receive the same kind of good news?

Four of us had a great experience at this office! Dr. Meharry was so thorough with our children and was very patient to answer every question we had. We are really grateful to her for identifying some real issues with their eyes and being part of their continued care. Also, the optical staff was amazing! CeCe and Candy are 2 of the most pleasant and patient people, in this type of job, I could imagine. They hand held us through every question, concern and search for the right pair of glasses. I have already highly recommended this office to a close friend.

I was fortunate to be referred to Experts on Sight!!! The service was impeccable, promptness of the staff the second you walk in the doors was unparralelled. Dr Jody Dagan O.D. amazed me with her knowledge and peculiarity of not only in her domaine but in general by answering my questions diligently.
