I am travelling the US from the UK and needed new contact lenses. Jenny at Hole Family Eyecare took my details over the phone and after I sent her my UK prescription ordered six months supply for me to pick up when I visited Jackson Hole on my way to Grand Teton. After I was unable to visit the store they organised for an unusual way for me to pick up my lenses that went beyond what would be expected of them.

Dr Roberts is the best optometrist I have ever been to. I have had glasses or contacts since the 5th grade and I am well into adulthood now so I have been to a couple eye doctors. I really appreciate the time he takes to share his knowledge and advise! I have learned the most about my eye health from Dr Roberts and the office staff is extremely patient and helpful too. :)

I had a minor eye problem and called at 9am. I am not a current patient but they fit me in the same day! Staff was friendly and adjusted my glasses while I waited to see Dr. Roberts. He listened, was very informative and helpful. The appt was about 40mins total and affordable without insurance. Really great experience.
