I wish that I could give a 0 star review for this place. My wife has what has to be hands down the worst experience ever. After a very long of fighting to not have to go with dentures she has finally given in to the idea that she needs to have them, and I did a lot of searching to find someone who would be competent and actually be able to help us, or at least give us some options since every other place wants to push implants. The reviews for this place were amazing and I thought we would give them a chance. My wife made an appointment and was told to be there a half hour early to fill the paperwork out, so we showed up an hour early hoping that we could get the inevitable done earlier. After an hour, we were still sitting there, which was not a problem because WE got there early. After a second hour went by, we walked up to the counter and asked if we should just leave or reschedule when they proceeded to ask who she was and tried to hand us the paperwork again. After we told them we already did it they had us wait. The apparent office manager finally brought us back stating they had new software and that it didnt let them know we were there, apologized and took us back. OK, new software fine, but by then my wife who is extremely apprehensive about dental care was really at the end of her line. They did give us a couple gift certificates for the confusion. The dentist finally came in and liked to laugh a lot (one of those nervous laughs to try and ease tension), looked at her broken bridge and jamed it into her mouth which hurt her making her even more apprehensive. They did agree to temporarily glue her bridge in after jaming it in a few more times until her gums were bleeding (she ended up putting it in herself). We did discuss a couple possible treatment plans to which again we were told that they have new software and that they would either call us or email us by the end of the next day. We never received either one. I have called back twice over the last couple weeks and whoever is answering the phone (very rudely) continues to say that they have new software and that they will call us or send us the estimates. It has now been three weeks with neither one. We are done! and now Ive agreed to her to take her to Mexico which is exactly what I was trying to avoid.

After decades of mouth pain, ongoing and extensive, dental work I found myself at Prestige Dental and in need of corrective surgery, implant replacement and just some hope that I would not be stuck with a costly set of dentures that did not fit, were not fully functional and had not solved my lifelong dental issues. EVERYONE at Prestige was kind, friendly and informative. I very quickly made me feel cared for as if I was an important patient to them. They laid out a treatment plan for me and gave me options for doing what had to be done now and what could be deferred to a later date to help with my finances. Discounts were also available based on the choices I made about how much to do and how I paid them. The best part is they gave me a realistic picture of the time and energy it would take to get my mouth and dentures to a place where they would more than just attractive but very comfortable and strong. No matter how many questions I asked, no matter how many times I needed to come in for adjustments or checkups, they were welcoming, gentle and understanding. Here I am 4 years later. I love my implants, I now love my dentures and they look fabulous too. If you need a dentist for any reason, go see the wonderful team at Prestige Dental and let them show what it is like to get excellent dental care. If you are in need of dentures - run do not walk to Prestige Dental and let them show you the many options you have for available to you. Thanks to everyone at Prestige Dental!!

I have been an employee and dental patient for 21 yrs. I have had the best dental care and treatment recommended for various concerns. I have had a full mouth equilibration and bite guard due to serve headaches and pain in my jaw after trying orthodontics, (braces) three times. Crowns placed with large old fillings, and fractures in my teeth. Root canals on some of my teeth that have had fillings in for a very long time. Dental cleanings, X-rays and exams done every six months. My dental care has always been done in a caring, gentle manner. My husband and children have also been part of this practice for many years. I would recommend this practice, Prestige Dental Practice to anyone who would like to be treated like family, expertise in the latest care and always with kindness. Deb Stout RDH

It had been a long time (about 7 years), since I had been to the dentist, and I never liked going to the dentist anyway. I had never been to Prestige before and hadnt seen Dr. Rogers previously, but I wasnt looking forward to my first appointment. To make a long story short, this office, their staff, and Dr. Rogers may change my opinion about going to the dentist. They have an extremely friendly and helpful staff at all levels. When it came to the exam, it was by FAR the most gentle Ive ever had. All I can say is thank you to the entire group and to tell other people of the great doctors and staff at Prestige Dental.

I had a crown on 3/16/2017 and my insurance company just received the claim on 8/1/2017. I was billed for the full amount in July because someone at Prestige failed to send my insurance company the claim. When I called Prestige regarding this, I was treated with disrespect and was hung up on 3 times. I am not sure why there is a billing lag. It shouldnt take 4 months for incorrect billing and an additional month to make the correction. Someone in their accounting/billing department is not correctly conducting their A/R reconciliations and blaming everyone else for their mistakes. Time to find another dentist

I liked the staff, the dentist and the facility. I had two teeth surgically removed and am going back for restoration. The business office is very clear about the costs involved with the procedures the doctor recommends and goes over them personally with you. The only downside was that I didnt have dental insurance and the dental work has to be paid for in advance of the procedure. I used a credit card, but I highly suggest that you find out what insurances the practice takes and make sure youre covered before you go.

Dave Ramsey recommended them so I figured I would try them out. I went in for an implant, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Little to no wait times for my appointments. The entire staff was super cool and personable. Best experience I have ever had with dental work. The person putting on the crown (another business) told me that whoever completed the implant did a fantastic job. Im not sure Prestige does general dentistry. but if so I am probably going to switch over to them.
