Beware!!!!!!!!! when you schedule a an appointment. I had a Terrible experience with this office and the so called Office Manager Karrie! I scheduled an appointment as a new patient for a cleaning at 2:30 and to see the Orthodontics at 3:00 pm on 7/18/2017 they told me that I only needed 30 min for cleaning. I called to see if they would see me earlier and they said No. Then I get there and they are trying to charge me 320.00 dollars When I scheduled my appointment I was told my X-rays and exam were free for NP. Second the MA comes in and tells me ok It was corrected and it was 101.00. Then they tell me I cant see the Orthodonics because I needed more time I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance to work around my schedule. So she tells me I could stay or leave I did not wait 2 weeks and took my afternoon off not to see a Dr and get a cleaning. Last but not least they charge my card 222.00 dollars without my authorization when they exam and X-rays were supposed to be free I questioned it and she said she did not know who I talked to. The promotion is on their website and then Karrie office manager tells me that is for existing patient where no where in their site says anything about existing patients.

Weve been going to Hilltop since they opened the office years ago. Its close to home and convenient. Over the years the quality of service has diminished as the clinic has changed management and the Doctors have come and gone. My son had his wisdom teeth out in January and we paid a large portion of that out of pocket. Apparently we were overbilled by $357 but were never told that. A credit has been sitting on our account since March and weve received no notification of the credit until yesterday when my son returned for a routine checkup. I spoke to the office manager today and she claims that they have no knowledge of credits on accounts unless they dig into an account. Theyd certainly know if I under paid! Now because he had a treatment yesterday, we have to wait until our insurance pays on it before theyll refund our credit, likely another 4-6 weeks. Thats FIVE months theyve held our money. Ridiculous!!! It is absolutely unacceptable that a business is unaware of overpayments and credits due to clients. I question their business model and integrity and we will not be returning.

This dentist is the best! The whole staff is friendly and great, Ive never had a more gentle and pleasant experience at the dentist. There were points in my last cleaning that it actually felt good, like a hard massage does. They are great with my kids (who are 6 and 18 months) too! And the quality of their work is awesome. You cant go wrong with either dentist here. My husband and kids see Dr. Kimball, and I see Dr. Roberts. Both are awesome! Reading the other review is shocking to me. I went to Hilltop, then for silly reasons, a year later, found myself in that dentist at 144th near the Orchard shopping center, and had a terrible experience. I have never needed pain killers after a dental treatment before, but I needed them after that appointment. Coming back to Hilltop was a breath of fresh air after that!

From the moment I called Hilltop Dental Care to schedule an appointment I was treated with courtesy and in a professional timely manner. When I went for my first appointment they explained everything from procedure to costs of services so they truly have a well ran professional dentistry, Hilltop Dental Care in my opinion is the best at providing professional courteous dental services as well they wont break your bank account with their prices which are very affordable. If anyones looking for a great dental office Hilltop Dental Care is my recommendation.

Charged more then told I was called way after my visits to tell them i owed alot more money. Even before being seen i made it clear to do whatever needs to be done without going over what ins. Will pay for the year Nothing i had done Was a priority Much of it could have waited till next physical year Then i discovered i had major wk done that i paid for that Didnt correct pain It was a bandaid from what another dentist told me Original dentist here who i liked was no longer there for me to talk with

I hadnt been to a dentist in NINE YEARS - so you can imagine the cleaning to be done on my teeth. My experience at Hilltop was amazing! Every staff member I worked with/spoke to was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Im someone who worries A LOT about needles in my mouth and the anxiety of the whole dental cleaning process - they put me at ease and helped me through every step of the way. I felt the billing/prices were fair too. I will not have to fear going to the dentist again! :D

HORRIBLE!!! Do not go here. I have waited a minimum of 15 minutes every time after my appointment time. I set an appointment for a reason. I was supposed to have two cavities and two composite fillings done and one of the composites "werent" on the list of services after I verified when I confirmed my appointment 2 days before. Waste of time, bad service and terrible communication.

You can do better! Twice Ive had filings that needed further work. After an extraction I had real severe pain on a Friday night, so I called there emergency line which is only a message service and someone would call me Monday. I called Monday let them know I still had something wrong and needed to be seen. They told me not today because they were booked.I got a new dentist......

I was in Colorado for work, my home is Connecticut. I chipped my front right tooth and had a plane to catch this evening. It cracked making it sharp to bite The hilltop dental care squeezed me in to see a dentist. They accommated me immediately and the staff was extra sweet. My experience was a 5 star one. The best dentist I have ever been to. The people that work there are amazing and really friendly. I have sever anxiety about dentist offices and I have almost no problem coming here. And its great they do almost everything in-house :) Ive recommend this office many times to anyone I hear thats looking for a dentist :)

Wonderful staff; I have never had such a good experience at the dentist. From the receptionist, the dental assistants, the dentist, and the billing department, I received top grade service the entire time! This office does just about everything in house, I highly recommend this location!

I cant say I love going to the dentist but I do love Hilltop Dental Group. Every staff member Ive met is really friendly and options are always provided to resolve any issues Im having. They take the time to make sure I know everything thats happening from my care to my insurance plan.

Had a severe tooth ache before Christmas... was dismissed without painkiller, antibiotic or care was told nothing found another Dentist 144th just west of i-25 they crowned a tooth and 1 filling I was able to eat solid food the next day without excruating pain whish made my christmas!
