After being a patient of Dr. Linhorst for 2 years, I just scheduled with a new doctor. I was supppsed to have an appointment today. On the way to the appointment I got stuck behind an accident on the freeway, so I called to let them know. They said they could wait an additional 5 minutes. I arrived exactly 9 minutes late and they said the doctor needed to reschedule my appointment. I guess 9 minutes of courtesy is too much to ask from Dr. Linhorst.
