I was referred to Dr. Roland when I was expecting my daughter 12 years ago and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a regular gynecologist and/or an OB. Dr. Roland is very professional, very approachable and very informative with her patients Her bedside manner during delivery and during a womans yearly exam is incredible. It is easy to see that she uses her experience as a woman and as a mother to bring calm, sound and practical advice/direction to her patience. She is also very open to her patients questions and concerns.She never makes one feel embarrassed or self-conscious with even the smallest or most personal questions. An impressive feature of Dr. Rolands office is her staff; I have seen the same friendly faces in her office for the past 12 years! With the very personal nature of Dr. Rolands profession, this is very comforting. The office is always clean and the waits are never long. Now Dr. Roland offers a medical spa as well, which is exciting. Women now have a trusted Physician to see for laser treatments and more. Practically a one stop wellness center for women; pretty cool!

Dr. Beth Roland is the best gyno Ive had hands down, period, no doubt. She treats you like a person and not a number on a chart. As a very healthy obese woman without diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure I am used to doctors overlooking real medial issues or using weight as an excuse for everything from a broken ankle to a cold to an ear infection. Dr. Roland correctly diagnosed my PCOS and in doing so may have save me from ovarian cancer. Where other doctors referred me to their friends with a weight loss clinic (i.e. Jerry Kopelman), Dr. Roland correctly identified the dangers associated with not shedding uterine lining regularly (increase risk of ovarian cancer) and took care of me. There was no attempt to shame or judge. She has a direct no non-sense attitude, so if you want a namby pamby doc who will placate you and make you feel all sweet, but not do anything...move along. If you want a true guardian of your reproductive health then Dr. Roland is the one. Plus her staff is wonderful and the magazines are up to date and nice :-)

My wife recently went to this location and met with Dr. Roland and had a terrible experience. Dr. Roland was not very sensitive, had terrible bedside manner, and as she was leaving the room stuck a hand back in and said, "oh by the way.... (Ill leave the rest out for privacy of my wife)." But what she stated was something very sensitive and private (HIPAA violation because who knows who else was in the hallway and overheard) and it made my wife just feel terrible. I cant comment on the rest of the staff, however I wouldnt recommend Dr. Roland to any friends or family after my wifes experience.

First, its funny to me that Im rating a trip to the gyno as "Loved it." Second, I have been deathly afraid/nervous/anxious/dreaded going my entire life. Ive tried several doctors and have avoided going for many years because of my fears. Dr. Beth is fantastic. She is SO comfortable and easy going. Ive never met a doctor with such a superb bedside manner. She answered a lot of questions with patience and respect. Her office was equally as friendly and very respectful of my privacy. I hope she never stops practicing.

Dr. Beth Roland and the entire office staff are professional, kind, comforting and punctual. Dr. Roland is the gentlest, most compassionate GYN Ive ever been to. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Shes completely sensitive and understanding. If anyone misunderstands her demeanor or her honest, straightforward style as incompetent or insensitive, it is clearly THEM, not Dr. Roland. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Beth Roland is very knowledgeable and sincere. Because of Dr. Rolands experience, I felt totally prepared before, during and after surgery. There were no suprises. My procedure was textbook and four weeks post-op, Im feeling great. Not ready to workout or run a 5K yet, but I have no doubt Ive found the best obgyn in the country.

I love everything about Parkside OBGYN. Dr. Roland is the best doctor I have ever had in my life (61 years). The staff there are wonderful and the spa offers some really great services. I ran into a former colleague that asked me what I had been doing, because my skin looked so young.

Going to the gynecologist can sometimes be an awkward ordeal, however I have never felt more comfortable or at ease than at Parkside OBGYN with Dr. Roland. The staff was so friendly and made everything quick and easy. I would recommend this place to anyone.
