I would like to start off saying that the Doctor(s) at this office seem wonderful - my direct experience with them was informative, comforting, and overall pleasant. However, the staff that operates their front desk and calling to give updates from the Doctor(s) are another story. First and foremost, when I forgot my health insurance card and went to pull it up on my insurances mobile app to then email it to them, one of the staff members then went around the office telling their co-workers that I was irresponsible. As the connection was slow and I was asked to fill out the paperwork while waiting for the connection, the same staff member came up and started ridiculing me further about how I need to have this stuff together ahead of time (By the way, I arrived early to be able to get everything together before my scheduled appointment time). Of course, it this wasnt enough, they then had me wait for over an hour after an ultrasound to finally tell me that "Opps, your doctor left to deliver a baby! Lets reschedule." Which, completely fine, babies come when they want. But it is the staffs job to not forget about the other patients in the building and update them accordingly. Another issue Ive had with the staff? They called two days later to let me know I would need a prescription, but did not verify that they were speaking with me via my birthdate as checked on my patient forms nor did they ask if I had time to speak at the moment since it would take a few minutes to go through the next few steps and instructions. When I called back on the following Monday since they didnt uphold their end of sending my prescription, I was told the notes on my file said I was "refusing to answer questions and provide the appropriate information." There are a number of additional issues that have taken place with them. Let me tell you - their office has a very unprofessional way of handling patients and are quite frankly, just rude. I will be finishing my prescription and the last follow up appointment, and then I will never return to this office again.

I wish I could give them 0 STARS!!!!!!! I would not send a dying ant to this facility!! Dr.Eule is not very compassionate towards people trying to conceive. She rushes you through your appointment and does not let you ask all questions you have. I pay 150 a visit with insurance the least you can do is spend more than 5 minutes in my room and answer all my questions. All of the staff is just rude and try to make you feel stupid. Lindsey the Medical Assistant always smells like cigarettes and not very knowledgeable. I made an appointment first thing in the morning for a follow up because they would not refill my prescriptions with out it one. Keep in mind I was there a month prior and didnt need any adjustments just a simple refill but they informed me I had to be "closely monitored". When I arrived they said you didnt make an appointment you will just have to wait. I was there for 2 hours because of their mess up.... I come from 10 years of customer service and thats just unacceptable. The NP didnt even know why I was I was forced into that appointment either... she then refilled the same prescription. . I had blood work done received the bill before the results. How convenient for them. I have never had to call for lab results good or bad I usually hear from office within 48hrs. I wasted a year and thousands of dollars with this place. I went here because it was 5 minutes from my job my mistake NEVER AGAIN... If you value your time and money dont waste your time with these people they are crooks and dont care about their patients just their next paycheck!!!

Due to past complicated pregnancies and deliveries, I was very nervous about what I thought would be my final pregnancy. I voiced all of my concerns to Dr. Eule. She listened, ran extra tests, conducted an early ultrasound and helped give her own thoughts on past issues all to calm my fears. She is a great OB and listens. As we got closer to delivery, I expressed my lack of desire with being induced and fought hard for letting nature take its course. However with previous complications she was not willing to let me wait. We ended up negotiating a different induction date. However, I was rear ended at 35 weeks. I ended up with an overnight stay because I began having contractions. Luckily, contractions stopped however I was no longer willing to wait. We went back to her original induction date which was around 39 weeks. She was also very upset that the hospital had not contacted her while I was there. She was great during delivery and after. Here I am expecting again and will definitely be happy to have Dr. Eule see this pregnancy through. Shes also really great with being proactive with breast health. After I delivered, we discussed my family history and she immediately had me go in for a breast tissue ultrasound (because I was breastfeeding I couldnt have a mammogram). She even followed up with me to make sure I had followed through on setting up the appointment and fulfilled the appointment. Overall, she is a great doctor for womens health.

I was so lucky to come across Dr. Eule. What an amazing experience I had. I will always be grateful for having the birthing experience I had with Dr. Eule. I have heard every birth is different, and I agree. I had my second child with help from Dr. Eule. My first experiance was with another Dr. in another state. It took me 3 years to have another child because of the fear I had from my previous birth. Dr. Eule took the fear from my heart and put it into a jar somewhere. She helped me come over the fear of childbirth and I will do it again everything permitting. This may sound bonkers but it was fun. Not playing games fun, but having babies and making history fun? And I owe much of the fun to Dr. Eule and the professionalism that was shown to me. Dr. Eule stands above the rest and I will continue to see her and have her as my doctor for many years to come. The office staff treats you like family. Being comfortable is very important to me. The upbeat atmosphere is something I look forward to. I have never had to wait super long. But, if I had, I know they would have taken the same time with me that they did with the other patients. The nurse staff is very professional as well. I felt at ease with her. Coming in now its like seeing a friend and catching up on the past few weeks. Not only am I treated with love and respect, but my kiddos are as well. So important. I refer all my friend that ask to Dr. Eule and I will continue to do so.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will never go back here or advice any one to go here. I am a self pay patient because I had no insurance at the time of this visit. I paid $150.00 the day of my visit. Which really told me nothing, but may be I have uterine fibroids. The office staff is very unorganized and no one seemed to know what was going on. They did $550.00 worth of Metro path lab tests on me which I was never told they were doing nor did I need any of these test, they all came back negative. I got a bill from Metro Path 2 months after that visit. The only test I ask for that day was a pap smear, which they did not do. Also on my receipt for the day of my visit is says nothing about any tests or additional charges and that everything was paid in full. I have talked to this office a number times on this matter and also have talked to Metro Path many times trying to clear this up. But I am stuck paying $550.00 for test I never wanted or knew about until 2 months after my visit. I am unemployed with no income right now but they do not care. PAY US ! PAY US ! PAY US!!!!
