I brought my puppy here to have her spayed in late January. I scheduled the appointment and was sure to tell them I wanted the lapraoscopy pack so she could recovery quickly. They called the night before to confirm this. I arrived at 7:15 the next morning and they had not sterilized the instruments for the lapraoscopy, knowing full well I was coming in that morning. The choice they gave me was to reschedule or leave her there and they would do the surgery once the instruments had been cleaned. I had to leave my dog with them for the whole day. That wasnt even the worst part. The surgery went fine, but that evening, we noticed that her one ear wasnt standing up like the other one. It turned out that she had gotten a nasty spider bite at the vet. The poison ate through a hole through her ear and it has yet to stand up a month later. It is still healing and has atrophied, so I have my doubts that it is going to fully recover. I would NEVER leave my dog unsupervised with them again. One of the vets there who saw her even admitted to us that it had almost certainly happened at their facility while she was under anesthesia. Now I have a purebred scottie that cost me a lot of money whose ear does not stand up. I have been telling everyone I know who takes their animals here not to. I would not trust them with my dog again.

So Disappointed! Ive been bringing my pets here for as long as I can remember...at least 15 years...I recently called in 2 hours prior to closing to bring in my 14 year old Yorkie...she was super sick...the receptionist said no and wasnt very nice. I basically begged...and "nope"! I couldnt believe they wouldnt fit her in or help in any way. Lone Tree Vet is more expensive than other vets Ive been to but the veterinarians themselves are good...especially Dr. Moyle...and I trust their care...but looking back in a cumulative way...I can say that several things have happened over the years...I can recall that my dogs have gotten sick in the kennel while boarding...and once had poop on their backs that had been partially washed off when I picked them up & they vaccinated my other dog without asking or telling me during an unrelated visit....I could get past those things but now Ill never go back and will tell my friends and family members...the bottom line is that when it counted..they werent there for us and wouldnt see my senior Yorkie when she needed help...and she has been coming there since she was a baby :( Youll be better off going to a smaller vet with more personal attention, care and communication) Lone Tree Vet seemed to just not care...

I have taken all of my dogs to LT since they opened. I had not had any issues up until the last couple of years. Most recently a very sad ending for me and my pet. They seem to lose all of the great vets and hang onto the not so great ones. As soon as you feel like your establishing a rapport with one Vet, you call to make an appointment only to find out they are no longer there. I also agree they try to force you to vaccinate your dog with anything and everything they can think of, regardless of any experience you may have with negative reactions. The only great thing they have going there are their groomers. If it wasnt for them, I, and a lot of people I know, would find another place all together. I hope they get back to the values they once had.

In the past I have taken my animals (Cats and Dogs) to Deer Creek Animal Hospital. We moved to Parker and we found the Lone Tree Vet center on-line. After meeting with Dr. Rob Leenerts I was highly impressed. He TRULY cares about my animals and is VERY compassionate. He is very intelligent and great at his job. What more could you want?!?! Very reasonably priced and all staff encounters were great. I will take all my animals to him no matter what. If you plan on visiting the facility (very nice by the way) I HIGHLY recommend asking for Dr. Rob Leenerts to take care of your pet. I assure you your animal will be in good hands!!!! Thanks again Lone Tree Vet Center, Dr. Rob Leenerts and all of the friendly and helpful staff for helping my pets!

Dear Lone Tree Vet: We just wanted to thank you all for taking care of our Amigo yesterday. You were recommended to us by our friends. You took care of their Bailey a couple of weeks ago. You all did a fantastic job and I just want to thank you so much for fitting us in the schedule yesterday morning, and helping ease our pain in the midst of such unexpected events with our precious and beloved dog, Amigo. Weve had him since he was 8 weeks old and as of yesterday, he was just over 9 years old. He was such a big part of our life and family. We just wanted to thank you so much for helping us through that hard process. Thank you again! Blessings!

I returned from Mexico City late Sunday evening after the facility was closed. Monday I arrived only to find the place CLOSED! On Memorial Day. No partial hours for pet pickup, no advance notice to me that the place would be closed on Memorial Day, no word as to if anyone would be around to feed the dogs or look in on them. In addition, I will be charged an extra day because they are closed with no advance warning. It is inexcusable to not have staff available for pick up even if for limited hours. Absolutely NO excuse for this lack of customer service from a boarding facility!

I love the Lone Tree Vet Medical center and so does my dog. When it comes to vets, among other businesses, quality is far more important to me than cost. I do need a good balance of both though as Im on a single income in an expensive city. Lone Tree has worked with me when Ive needed it. The staff is so friendly. The vets are fantastic. I moved from Lone Tree to basically Lakewood, but I drive down here whenever Max needs to see the vet. Tried a couple of vets by me, but no one compared to Lone Tree. Its clean, its comfortable and its warm and friendly.

Lone Tree Vet is just ok. Every good experience has been met with a bad one, the Docs are great but the place overall is unorganized. Weve received bad or vague advice from the Techs and have been given false information over the phone numerous times. They also tend to push a barrage of vaccinations to pet owners, regardless of cost. The routine checkups have gone well but their treatment for injuries or illness has been impersonal and rushed. Weve switched to a new facility that has shown more genuine concern for the well being of our pets.

The veterinarians and the staff here take amazing care of our pets here! There very caring for each pet and helped us greatly during an emergency. The facility is very pleasant to visit and our pets dont ever seem to be afraid of being here. In fact, our dog is actually excited to see the the people here. I highly recommend this vet as a primary place of care for your family pets!
