i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE! Who treats patients like a Disease! The treatment of myself and my granddaughter was deployable! I will never return! The staff, partially, the receptionist is very unprofessional, unwelcoming, rude, I came to the clinic as a returning patient with my granddaughter, who , I brought in because she had a fever and what was alleged from the school nurse that she may have pink eye also. When I arrived and went up to the reception desk. Firstly, she was very standoff right from to moment I inquired about the service. She Spoke to me from afar and proceed to be very adamant that my granddaughter had not been there before. The attempt to register, my granddaughter became a problem because of her date of birth. The insure card was not input correctly. The receptionist offered no solution and or resolution about what I could do., made no effort to explain the situation. She seemed to write me off and just care- freely got up and attended to other task with out engaging or corresponding, and or sharing any further information with me, as my granddaughter, who already taken her jacket off, I had to ultimately take the initiative and call the insurance provider myself. I sat down to do so, exhausted from to entire ordeal. I reached to insurance provider, myself and was speaking with them on my phone., which I was explained to the representative about what had occurred and expressed that how the situation irritated me and how the clinic handled the matter. The representative was indeed very attentive and cooperative and polite while trying to assist me over the phone. Suddenly, very ABRUPTLY! A MAN, Suddenly, COME FORM THE BACK OFFICE AND VERY, VERY RUDE TONE, ASK ME, "TO LOWER MY VOICE"! He spoke to me very demeaning! He NEVER inquired to ask was is the problem, or or his assistance AT ALL,. Just walked away Rudely without any explanation. OFFERING NO CONCERN THAT THERE WAS A SICK CHILD IN HIS OFFICE. At further look at him, I noticed that he was the "Doctor", Awais Malik, MD, himself by his attire, Yet, the representative that I was on the phone with didnt make any compliant about the tone of my voice, he was actually more concerned to resolve the matter than the staff in the office. I was so applaud, that I no longer felt comfortable about the Physicians there treating my Granddaughter.

Excellent patient care and super friendly staff!! The Dr was amazing with my kids and such a family friendly down to earth physician! So hard to find good physicians these days that actually treat you like a human being Im thrilled I found this practice

This is a great place, staff is friendly and the Doctors listen to patients, finally I found a doctor that treats me like a person not a number.
