My husband, daughter and I visited this office and we all had issues. Never scheduled a follow up visit with my husband. Scheduled numerous visits with me and when I showed up, the doctor would say you didnt need to come in for this. Then I would get a bill in the mail for the visit. My daughter had some issues and her doctor left and when the new one came in she refused to tell my husband any information, even though he was the contact phone number. Someone in the office falsified documents and put my husbands last name as my maiden name. They told me HIPPA law was the reason they didnt tell him anything, even though they were falsifying said HIPPA documents. So many other issues. Make sure you are on everything if you go here. If not they will over schedule, over charge, not send referrals, and have no idea what they are talking about in regards to diagnosis.

Dr Park whatever his name is a horrible Physician. I did not get the proper treatment I have issues with my leg and ankle and ongoing problem and he dismissed me and never offered me at least physical therapy it took an Orthopedic emergency clinic to do what my own primary should have done. This was documented back in april of this year and six months later has not gotten better even with physical therapy

Dr. Dolinsky is an outstanding primary care physician. He is smart, listens carefully and communicates clearly. He takes the time needed to get it right. Whenever possible he will squeeze you in for an urgent need. Also had good experience with Physicians Assistant Samela Brown when I had a car accident and Dr. Dolinsky was unavailable.

Carli Willard, APRN is phenomenal. She makes you feel so comfortable and has always been able to help me. I was sad when Dr.Fojtik left but am definitely happy I now see Carli!
