Richmond Family Medicine is a model of what small town medical care can be. Absolutely everyone there is friendly, professional, and exudes an attitude of genuine caring and compassion. The facility is bright, cheerful, and spotlessly clean. No matter how long its been since Ive seen Dr. Goodyear, he remembers little things about me like where I traveled and what Ive been doing in life. He makes sure I fully understand all my options for treatment and is happy to answer in detail any questions I have. More than being an excellent provider, he has been my advocate in navigating the healthcare system. Dr. Goodyears nurse Kathleen is superb, and has been wonderfully helpful in things like explaining my lab results and helping with insurance issues. I highly recommend RFM to anyone who wants excellent primary healthcare and a real relationship with their provider.

Love, love, love Dr. Goodyear at RFM! We are so pleased to have him and his nurse, Kathleen, taking care of our family. I highly recommend RFM. They are always kind, patient, and knowledgeable about our concerns. We always seem to get seen when needed. A wonderful family practice!

I started going to Dr. Goodyear when he was at TCHC so when he went to Richmond I made the move and have never regretted that decision. I can get an appointment quickly and feel that he listens to my needs. I am very happy having Dr. Goodyear as my physician.

Absolutely LOVE the providers and staff at RFM. The staff will go beyond their call of duty to try and help when faced with an acute concern. The providers are smart and offer a holistic view of care. Im very happy to have them caring for my children.
