The Dr is a very great man and cares about his patients BUT the woman that takes his calls and I know there is more than woman that works for Bradley behingd the front desk so I cant tell you who this is"I will find out this week" She treated me like I was some loser and would not give me the time of day and insisted I was not a patient- I needed to ask the Dr a question about my blood pressure and to see if I could get on medication and this woman who is not even a nurse questioned me and told me what she thought the Dr would say and then brushed me off saying somebody would call me back. How can this happen to anybody that needs to ask their doctor a question??

Just called to inquire about becoming a new patient. The woman who answered the calls abruptly put me on hold and basically laughed in my face and called me a liar when I said my insurance policy was within the state of Ct. unprofessional. Rude. Will not bother calling back

called to find out about being a new patient. first question was what kind insurance do you have. my answer was paying cash i have no insurance. response was i should find someplace else we are pretty full right now. sorry my money wasnt good enough for you!
