I finally realized how dirty, unprofessional, and, rude these people can be. The front desk woman takes the tops of the needles off with her mouth and doesnt wear gloves. They also lied to me, by telling me that if the shot works, and the issue arises again, to just come in and get another shot. Instead, when I called, to get her shot, it had barely been 6 weeks, they wanted to charge for another office visit, and, the shot. I truly thought they were a good vet. Until I actually learned that it wasnt! It wasnt just the 1 or 2 times that place smelled like urine, horribly, and, the woman at the front desk, again, was mean to my cat. She grabbed her and poked her with thay needle so hard thay my cat jumped. The woman got so mad, she threw the needle, grabbed her even harder and gave her another shot while angry. They upset us, but, its my daughters cat, and, my daughter was so upset after that she cried and asked me to not take her there again... I wouldnt EVER recommend this place for an animal you love. They are not what I thought they were. Please dont take your animal there! Shes rude, (the vet), and, some of the staff, MOST of them. Their conduct is unprofessional, and, ppace is filthy, and, to boot, hurt your feelings, because, you love your animal like your own child. I am sorry I ever brought my babies there now. 0 star!

I have a doctor-ordered Poochon (Bichon Poodle hybrid) to force me to walk more for my heart disease and HBP; a first time dog owner at 59 yrs. This place is far more than a cutesy name. It is that sense of reassurance that I am making educated choices for the care of my new best friend. Professional, courteous staff. Could not be happier with the quality of care. Grateful for the experience.
