Every single person in this office treats you like theyre having the best day of their life. No exaggeration. I spent my entire visit smiling and laughing. The receptionists are very upbeat and enthusiastic. Dr. Reichle was incredibly thorough in examining my eyes and took great care to explain everything as she was doing it. The optician I saw was hilarious and extremely helpful. His recommendation got me into a pair of frames I would have never picked for myself, and I am so happy with them. Nothing is better than being serviced by a group of people that truly love their job. That is exactly what you will receive at this eye care center.

I couldnt be more pleased with the level of service I received. i broke my eyeglass frames and called the office 5 minutes before they were closing on Monday afternoon. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful even though they had to stay after closing to help me. They checked my records, checked their stock and let me know they had a new set of frames in stock. I showed up on Tuesday morning a little after 9AM. I was in the office getting my lenses swapped almost immediately and was in my car, on my way back to work by 9:30. Job well done, as always.

They treat you as though they are doing a huge favor. The doctor just wants to be done within 30 seconds and the staff will always talk to you rudely except the first time when you make the payment. I’ve never seen an unprofessional and disrespecting bunch of people together in one small space. Also they will never call you for your glasses and you will never get them within 2 months.
