Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. Dr. Agranovs Office is by far the worst customer service I have ever received in any venue. After ordering glasses two months prior, the office refused to give me a refund for the glasses I never received. Dr. Agranov may be a talented physician, but one would assume that with his level of skill, he could hire at least polite office staff. His receptionist has become increasingly rude, and behaves as though Im bothering her when I call or visit to inquire on the status of my frames. After two months of being unable to produce the glasses I ordered and paid for, I have decided to remove my prescription as well as the prescriptions for my four children and spouse. The receptionist begrudgingly now provided me with a refund after beating around the bush for three weeks, and I was forced to call Opticare Corporate and demand my refund. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who appreciates good customer service.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My mother and I experienced the WORST customer service at Dr. Agranovs office, by Dr. Agranov himself. He was extremely rude and not understanding in the slightest bit. I was trying to buy contacts from this office and with that comes along a fee for the fitting that day. Without my mothers approval, he fit my contacts and charged us the $150.00 fee that came along with it. Then, I had to return to the office because I was never notified as to when my lenses came in. I come to find out that they never did. We had to then fight for the credit that we were robbed of. We have vouched to never return to this specific eye doctor and will forever order our contacts online. The worst.

Totally agree by far the worst place in town.I visited the office about a month ago .I was told that they will call me as soon as the glasses r ready it has been a month and Ian still waiting..I wont recommend this place to any 1.

I have purchased glasses from opticare for many years. Eric and Dr. Agranov have always provided a high level of professional service. I prefer their lenses to others I have tried.
