Many years ago, after 7 visits to my old dentist for one crown that still wasn’t right, I looked for a new Dentist and Found Dr. Nadeau and Andrea at Farmington Village Dental. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the different options available to me. They fixed the crown, getting it right the first time, and it has been trouble free for almost a decade now. My family had been very happy going to Farmington Village Dental ever since until my company changed insurance providers, inducing us to try another new dentist. My wife and I each had one visit with the new dentist who tried to sell us unnecessary procedures, and then ran back as quickly as we could to Andrea and Dr. Nadeau at Farmington Village dental where we will stay. They are worth it.

Bad experience with Dr. Krause: a) he did work that didnt need to be done, b) he acted like he couldnt be bothered with getting to know me or making me comfortable as a new patient c) the work he did in my mouth was unprofessional and put me in a lot of pain that I am STILL in and went back to my first dentist who is each visit slowly but surely trying to fix it. DONT go to this guy! I only switched to this office because I got new insurance and wanted to save money. Big mistake. Dont ever switch to a new dentist if you are happy where you are. I am in pain every time I eat because of this guy, and their attempts to fix their screwup did absolutely nothing to help.

Ive been going to Farmington Village Dental for the past six years, and I have no complaints. Its a friendly, family atmosphere. (I was even mailed a photo and Andrea and her newborn son once.) Theyve taken good care of my teeth, doing what needs to be done without harassing me into new products and procedures (which is why I left my previous dentist.) Ive had to reschedule appointments several times, and theyve always been extremely accommodating. They send out reminders by email, which I find helpful. And they only scold me very gently, even though I dont floss as much as I should.

No Gym. No Excuses.

I have been a patient of Farmington Village Dental for a few years and am very satisfied with my experiences with them. Both Dr. Nadeau and Dr. Krause are wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. They are very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a special circumstance and immediately Dr. Nadeau researched my medical concerns and had solutions for how to proceed. She was so supportive and invested in my health and I truly appreciate that. It is hard to find medical professionals who actually care.I highly recommend them.

I just finished my short term orthodontics with Dr Nadeau and I couldnt be any happier. My smile is better than it ever was before. The process was excellent from start to finish. Stephanie did a great job explaining and helping me through the treatment course. It only took me 4 months to achieve these fantastic results. Weve search for the perfect place for our family for a very long time and have tried a number of practices before coming to Farmington Village. I love everything about this place. Dr. Nadeau and Dr. Krause go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The staff is wonderful and the building is fully renovated, clean, homey and inviting. The front office is always efficient and friendly. They are always on time for their appointments which I value coming from my other dental and medical offices. The office is very clean and the appointments always go well. I appreciate that they have conversations with you and take the time to answer questions and talk with their hands not in your mouth!
