I used to go to a different dentist in West Hartford, but after feeling guilty that I didnt do enough for my teeth (despite brushing twice a day, flossing and rinsing once), and the new cavities that came with each visit, I decided to look elsewhere. I heard Dr. Rosenfelds slogan "we cater to cowards" on the radio and decided to give him a try. What a difference! Dr. Rosenfeld performs all the work himself (including cleanings), he uses the newest technology like lasers instead of drills (which eliminate all pain), is very aware of my comfort and does everything to make my visits as comfortable as possible. Somehow, without any change in care, my teeth no longer need work every visit. And the one time they have, he didnt make me come back, but rather performed it on the spot. I have since moved away from Connecticut to Virginia, but I am so much happier with Dr. Rosenfeld that I schedule my appointments for while I am visiting family. I cant ask for more in a dentist.

We love being in the care of Dr Rosenfeld. He has all the latest technology -- our favorite being the laser. I feel that at my age with the possible issues I could have faced with my gums, that he has saved me so much agony and pain just being able to use the laser. I could never return to dentistry as I knew it with the incessant drilling and the old ways of dealing with gum problems. Dr R. explains everything so completely and respectfully. We highly recommend him. Also, his office staff is the best. They have the most pleasant personalities and operate in such a professional manner.
