Run to another vet. This practice is a disgrace to animal lovers. I went there today with my dog who was scratching his skin raw. The techs at the front didnt get off their chairs, looked bored and told me they were booked - could not spare 10 minutes to have my dog looked at - and said it would be maybe Tuesday. Id fire those two girls. How do you look on and let an animal suffer? They did tell me to go the emergency hospital which I did at a cost 3x a normal vet visit. They are just pathetic.

Dr. Kaufman and staff take wonderful care of my dog. My dog is highly stressed during vet visits but the doctor and staff go out of their way to make sure she is safe and comfortable. I have been coming here for 8+ years and highly recommend Vet Associates of Westville.
