I will not even rate 1 star but have to rate it for sake of writing this dirty review . At first they have nothing called as customer and customer service. It is a insult to a customer walking to this shop. They need to understand first what is customer and its importance. Anyhow my experience has nothing to do with quality of frames they have but has to do with attitude of employees working here and their behavior to the customers. I walked in to shop to purchase glasses, and within few minutes I choose a frame and walked to front desk for glass selection. The rep was busy talking to other rep, I can understand everyone needs to talk but there was neither please excuse me I will be with you in 5 minutes nothing of that sort. The chat went on for 10 minutes I continued waiting patiently at his desk. After waiting for 10 minutes we started our conversation for selection of glasses with the rep. He asked what kind of glasses I need and I asked what type of glasses he have and he said we had 1000 of types of glasses what you want? At this point I was little confused now what to choose, I asked next question what kind of glasses are cover under my insurance. At this moment I received a call from my brother which was urgent and I asked rep I need to attend this call please excuse me for 1 minutes. At this very moment this guy walks out of my face goes inside the shop and tells me let me know whenever you are ready. He goes inside shop and never comes back for 10-15 minutes. Now this is real surprise is this how you treat your customers that you punish them for attending calls in middle. Agreed I attended a call but it was emergency for me and remember I did wait for this guy for 10 minutes to start my conversation. Anyhow this guys comes back after 10-15 minutes with a grumpy looks on his face asking what kind of glasses you want and I asked the same question what is covered in my insurance. Our uncomfortable conversation went on for next 15 minutes and in middle of our talk my son touch their advertise board accidentally and there was a huge shout inside store top of the voice from another sales rep to move away. It was my kids mistake that he accidentally touch the signs but was that worth shout at my kids. Agreed my kids made a BIG mistake of touching so is your shouting justified? Is your facial expressions justified? Is your behavior justified? I would recommend everyone not to go to this shop at concord pike as they are the worst at something called as customer service. And ohh by the way while selecting frames not even once this guys comes to us and asks us what kind of frames we would like to see and is there a way he could help us out. And by the way if the advertise signs are of so importance to you next please write politely do not touch or else we will SHOUT. AN UNHAPPY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I created a google account just so that I could write this review. I wish I could rate below a 1. The customer service of this location is simply terrible. But I do not believe it is because of the workers. They are very understaffed. One employee is not enough to take care of all the customers. Two days in a row I have waited for an hour to be helped by an employee. I should not have to wait an hour just to pick up my glasses. The lack of employees results in extremely poor customer service. Its a joke. I will not be coming back nor would I ever recommend anyone to this location.

Couldnt disagree more with the previous reviews. I spent around an hour picking glasses, they were very patient, helpful and friendly. They were ready within an hour. I then returned the glasses within 30 days, expecting backlash, again, nothing but nice people. 10/10 would recommend.
