My drs name was Jill Mcgrath and she was awesome. She spent close to an hour and a half trying to figure out the right perscription and contact fit for my funky eyes. She was VERY patient and thorough. BUT I dont ever want to go back because the office she works for are a bunch of used car salesman scammers. Jill is testing out an Anstigmatism contact in my left eye and spherical in my right. I can barely see right now from squintng in the light and then dark for such a long period of time so I need to keep them in for a few hours before I can say "yes, these are right and please order me some". The office mgr Jen, tells me I cant leave with the pair of contacts THAT ARE IN MY EYES unless I buy 2 boxes RIGHT NOW. Or I can take the ones in my eyes out and they can throw them away. Thats like a car dealership telling you that you cant test drive the car until you pay for it. And then she stood in front of me like a linebacker blocking the doorway. Ive never been treated with such rudeness. It was the worst eye dr experience of my life. Im literally still shaking from anger and its a half hour later. Ill go to my follow up, but I wont ever be going back there again.

The staff seemed nice enough BEFORE the sale but did not hold up to their word AFTER the sale! Even it they would have been nice about the fact that there was supposedly nothing they could do, it might have made a difference. I sometimes have problems with the nose piece and I verified that it could be changed if necessary to be more comfortable. The first time I went back they made an adjustment and said to try that first. The second time I went back I was told that only one nose piece would fit this style and there was NOTHING they could do. If I wanted another pair of glasses, it would be full price. I told them I would not be back and I would also share my experience with everyone I knew or came in contact with about their horrible customer service!

Everyone in this office is very friendly and professional. Dr. Forrest explained the procedures and discussed results right away. The office staff provided free frame choices to me after I had recently lost my glasses. I would highly recommend them.

Our family ( 4 of us ) have been coming to this office for many years. The doctors are professional and the front desk is always kind and responsive. You can always talk to someone either in the chadds Ford office or the Harleysville office.

Everyone at Chadds Ford Dye Associates is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It feels like Im visiting family! I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for the care of my eyes. I trust them.
