Horrible customer service. I purchased contacts while they gave me a trail pair, came back the next day and said to cancel the order because the trail pairs did not fit (I did not have these contacts in my possession at this point) and they told me they would process a refund since I have not picked them up. A week went by, no refund. I called and asked for Michelle who was assisting me initially. She was not available so a message was taken. No refund. I called several times for weeks, spoke to others, they continued to tell me they would look into it and get back to me. This calling back and forth took well over a year, and even a year later, no refund, no call back, NOTHING. This time the associate said she was new and had no idea what was going on and that she would have someone else call me. STILL NOTHING. Over a year and half, I file a claim with BBB. Progressive Family Eye Care sends a very crude, and false response. They state they claim theyve had the same staff, and do not know anything about the messages I was leaving. Complete fallacy, and extremely unprofessional business. Oh yeah, and to this day, they still have $111 and even the contacts I paid for, AND if thats not enough, they told BBB if I come back in they could maybe process a refund less a $50 restocking fee. I DONT EVEN HAVE THE CONTACTS. Paid for them, got nothing, worst service Ive experienced from a Eye Care Family Practice. Be weary about this place, please!!!!

I have gone to PFE for quite a few years but have been disappointed when staffing had changed and the quality of service started to lack. Over the last year I got a new pair of progressive lenses and have had progressives prior to that. I was having issues seeing out of the lenses no matter how I looked through the lenses. I went back to the office and they told me it was me and I had to get use to them. Really? I had them before, and its not me - the lenses are wrong. With not being able to see correctly for over a year when it was time for my yearly exam, I went somewhere else. What was the result? Yes, PFE, it was NOT me, the lenses you provided me were TOO strong and thats why I could not see and my eyes would hurt. This not only happened to me but to two other family members. Calibrate your machines people, because you are ruining peoples eyes, but you will charge those high $$$$s. I wouldnt recommend - maybe a few years ago, but not now.

Progressive Family Eye Care does not care or live up to what they tell you. My whole family used to go there( 4 of us) and they have screwed us all up on the prescription. To me that is unacceptable and should never happen when you are handling someones vision, If you were thinking about going here dont. they will mess you up too!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Progressive Eye Care. Great communication and everyone is friendly (especially the front desk) and prompt with service. Last year, I received LASIK and began that process here. All followups have been great as were my many years experience with contacts.

My family and I have been here and have nothing but a professional experience! Drs and all staff have been kind and very helpful through the whole process of glasses and contacts. I would recommend this office for your eye care needs.

The staff is very welcoming and great with children. The office is very clean and decorated tastefully. They also carry a great selection of designer frames.
