Dr. Ralph Gilmore has been my eye doctor for many years. He and his staff are always professional and always prompt (no long waits when you have an appointment!). Dr. Gilmore himself is easy to talk to, a good listener, a good explainer, and patient with his patients. My checkups often involve new technology that wasnt offered the previous year, which reassures me that the office keeps up with the most cutting-edge ways to examine my eyes and ensure that theyre healthy (or catch if theres something to be concerned about). I recommend the office overall, and Dr. Gilmore in particular, enthusiastically and without reservation!

Dr. Gilmore and his staff have been consistently excellent over the space of several years. As I am a diabetic, they perform a comprehensive exam every year to ensure that my eye health is good and has not changed for the worse. Their staff has always been very accommodating and have frequently scheduled visits with little notice. They perform excellent quality control on the prescription lenses provided. My entire family utilizes Dr. Gilmore and the excellent services provided by Bethlehem Eye Care. I have not hesitated to recommend them to friends and family and would not hesitate to do so again.

I went there in March to learn how to put contact lenses for the first time, and the lady who taught me was soooo nice, helpful, reassuring, and made me feel very comfortable. She especially made me feel less nervous, and I successfully learned how to take out and put in contact lenses in a breeze. I recently went back to get colored contacts and I was greeted by her again, and she helped me pick out colored contacts to my liking.

I had the best experience here! All over best experience ever! The staff is amazing the dr is incredible! I found out because of going here that I have issues with the muscles in my eyes and it causes me to see double. The last place I went treated me like I was crazy, well here they found my issue by doing additional testing and are able to help with it. :)

I have been going to dr. Gilmore for at least 20 yrs. and have not had one bad visit, in fact when I first seen him he noticed a mark on my retina and sent me to a specialist, who found a tear.I have seen doctors before and no one noticed the tear. The staff is so friendly they cannot do enough for me.

Everyone is always very courteous. I am never in the waiting room for more than a couple of minutes before being seen. Dr. Gilmore always gives me all the information about whats going on with my eyes. The selection of frames is great. I have been going here for years and love this place.

The Doctors are wonderful. Avoid having your glasses made there at all costs. I was treated rudely by a young woman who didnt bother to learn about my order and was angry the entire time I was spending 450 dollars on my glasses.
