Unfriendly physician experience for the exam which also caused issues with the glasses because incorrect prescription was given. The young lady assured me the correct prescription was being done at the time of the order, but was not. Upon pick up time then told me that they will re-do the order at no charge to me after correcting their mistakes. Ya think?

Were there a few weeks ago for my 21 month old. She was super patient with my toddler when it came to him looking in the device to center his eyes for the prescription and fitting his glasses on. They made his lenses very quickly and I liked they provided toys he could play with while we waited. Im going back to fill his backup frames

They gave me a tint waiver a year and a half ago and when I went in this time to get a new tint waiver because of a new vehicle, they waited until the end of the exam to tell me they cant give me one and Id still have to pay for the exam.
