As a recent transplant to Bradenton from up north, I was quite anxious to find a chiropractor as fabulous as I had before moving. After trying a gentleman in the Lakewood Ranch area with disastrous results, I was extremely hesitant to go to another. When I called to make my first appointment with her, I had not felt my feet for over a month, was experiencing horrible muscle spasms in my legs and suffered from excruciating headaches. After two visits, I can feel my feet again, spasms have all but disappeared and no more headaches. Dr. Diane Michaels is someone you meet and instantly feel as if you have known her your whole life. Her compassion for her patients is immediately recognizable. She listens to everything about your condition and does not even attempt to adjust you until she feels confident she can help you. Her medical knowledge is A+ and her technique combining reflexology and use of an activator is by far the most effective approach for anyone with back issues. Dont take a chance with a Rice Krispy doctor that only knows how to Snap, Crack and Pop. Make an appointment with Dr. Michaels. You will be so VERY, VERY glad you did!

The care seemed to be sincere and the staff was friendly and professional. But... we were told their services would be covered by Blue Cross. In fact, while we were in the Doctors office we were told they just contacted Blue Cross and were given the OK for treatment. This could not have happened because while we were in Michigan I stopped at the Blue Cross office in Detroit to discuss the denial of coverage and was told they do not do business with Chiropractic doctors and any inquiry for service would have been documented. Therefore it is very doubtful this call was made. Now we are stuck with the bill and also very unhappy with this office. We really feel we were used... Do not take this offices word that you will be covered because it may not be true. Check the coverage yourself. We learned a very expensive lesson. kp

I was referred to Dr. Diane Michaels by my Chiropractor, Dr. Soanes, in Michigan since I was searching for a Dr. that does primarily activator style chiropractic therapy here near our winter home in Florida.. I have been very pleased with Dr. Dianes evaluation and her precise treatment plan with thorough documentation for easy comparison in follow up treatments. Dr. Diane is an excellent Chiropractor and represents her profession so positively and professionally well. I am age 76 and a retired nurse and over the years have been able to personally compare manual adjustments to activator style adjustment treatments and I have found that the activator style treatments last longer on me. I love the activator type treatment and am so blessed to have found Dr. Diane Michaels and experience her approach to treatment.

Dr. Michaels is an outstanding chiropractor. I had the need to visit her on two separate and unrelated occasions in which I was in severe pain from a chronic back issue. In both instances, Dr. Michaels analyzed and diagnosed the problem and had me pain free in short time. Her pleasant demeanor put me at ease right away. Having had chiropractic treatment for over 30 years, I would honestly say Dr. Michaels is one of the best I have encountered. I highly recommend her if you are in need of chiropractic treatment in the Bradenton FL area.
