You guys went above and beyond my expectations to take care of my dog. I am so happy to have found such a caring team who truly love what they do. It shows from the service at the front desk to the service when you meet with the vet. They definitely go out of their way to make your pet and you feel comfortable. We have a very protective dog who always needs to be sedated before our previous vet could see him. I have never seen him act so well and allow the doctor to check him the way she did and also be able to draw blood and he was NOT sedated. We are truly blessed to have found you all. I cant thank you enough for being there for us. Thank you so much!

Every staff member is top notch, friendly, professional but not stiff or aloof. They care that I understand any instructions before leaving and they care enough to give pep talks when it gets difficult or frustrating to follow their advice. My children never had pediatricians as wonderful as these folks, right down to the last one. Courtesy, friendly and competent one and all. Short of moving away, I will never use another practice. My praise, while insufficient, is earned at every visit! Super heros to be sure. Leslie and Chloe.

Westbay has never allowed us to think its not a superb facility. We know that Kelvin, our 13 year old (14 in Oct.) Cairn Terrier will be well taken care of. We sense that he knows hes in good hands. We are anticipating a move from Bradenton to Sarasota In Sept.- we will, however, drive to Bradenton to maintains this relationship. We have placed our Cairns, Kelvin, and before that, Skelly (went to the Rain Bow Bridge at 17), in Dr. Smarts hands since 2006.

Weve taken our 2 pets (Zuchons) to Westbay for about 4 yrs and Dr Smart & Dr Scroggins are both very good vets. Theyre compassionate & listen to you. Theyre vet techs are pleasant & knowledgeable also. Due to a move we can no longer take our pets there. Well miss them and hope we can find another vet that is just as good.

I have been taking my cats to Westbay Animal Hospital since 2000. The doctors are all wonderful, as are the staff. I have always been able to get an appointment fairly quickly, and the care my cats have received has been great. I would recommend this office to all animal lovers for excellent care for your furbabies!
