Absolutely awful! This was the first obgyn I had ever been to because my mom was going to this office. When my mom left the office due to a comment Dr. Paollilo made to her concerning a very serious procedure I should have done the same, instead I stayed because it was not a bad office and I did not have the time to look for other offices. This was a huge mistake. I had something very concerning happen soon after a procedure at their office and did not know what to do. I called the office and expressed my concern but to no avail. After making it apparent that this was urgent they decided to have me come in. I brought in a sample and the entire medical staff, including the midwife, Donna, did not have a clue what they were looking at, calling me an “alien” and “weird.” They sent in the sample to be biopsied and said the results were not telling them anything and I should have an invasive procedure done to freeze the cells in the area and run a pregnancy test to see if it was a possible miscarriage. At this point I felt it was time to see another doctor for a second opinion. My new doctor is awesome and told me that she was concerned they had not run a pregnancy test at the start before the first procedure and told me exactly what the sample was, ruling out that it was a miscarriage due to the same results Dr. Paollilo was given. What really put me over the edge is the fact that in my time of need, Donna told me I just needed to “chill out.” As far as I’m concerned this office is filled with scam artists. Please do yourself a favor and bypass this office completely.

I have seen Dr. paolillo and his mid wife for a couple years and so has many of my family members. They are a compltely horrible and backwards dostors office. The front staff is extremely rude and does not care about you or your problems. Susan is the front office manager and she totally sucks. She thinks she knows everything and doesnt know squat and when you try and correct her she gets all defensive like a 5 year old. They also have new faces all the time in the front office so that should explain plenty. they will over charge you and give you a difficult time for your refund.They treat you as if you are scum on the bottom of their shoe. The doctor and his mid wife treat you as you are a medicaid patient and rush you in and out. They rush around your questions and dont take their time with you. They dont even review your charts to know what you are coming in for. We have waited for 30 plus minutes and the same amount fo time for the doctor in the room. DONT SEE THEM. There is many more great doctors offices in the surrounding area. THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL THEY KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE AND THEIR NEEDS.

This office is WHY i have 2 children and pregnant with my third and have NEVER been seen by a DOCTOR. I was seen in the ER with complications, minor or major who cares honestly, isnt it all about patient comfort???? The first time I tried to make a follow up appt with this office and was told I would receive a call back, I never did. I honestly felt as if I was bothering the staff because I was worried about my health. So I tried again the next day (I could already tell they were a crap office by the lack of staff care for patients) but they are one of the only ones in the area that accepts my insurance and I want to make sure my baby is ok! I call back AGAIN a second time today only to be put on hold and then told by aNON HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL that they do not need to see me right away, what my body is going to do is what my body is going to do at this point.. then she informed me, after my OH REALLY? reaction, that that was not infact medical advice, but her personal opinion!!! LOL how rude!!!! do not go see these people! I should have stuck to my midwife in the first place!

HE IS AN EXELLENT OB-GYN, NOT ONLY FOR DELIVERIES OF YOUNG MOMS BUT I RECENTLY HAD INASIVE PROCEDURES DONE LOOKING FOR ANY SINGS OF CANCER IN MYCERVIX. HE AND HIS NURSE BETH MADEME VERYCOMFORTABLE WITH TWO INJECTIONS DELIVERD BEFORE THE PROCDEURES , IDINT EVEN FELLPAIN DURING THAT OR WHEN PERFORMING HIS WORK , IIALSO HAVE THE PRIVELEDGE OF KOWING HIM 30 YEARS NOW: HE WAS A DOCTOR INTHE OFFICE WHEN I DELIVED MYSON ALEX 30 YEARS AGO , HE WAS THE ONE ON DUTY CHEKING ME PRETTY MUCH THE WHOLE PERGNANCY , DE HELLWIG DELIVERD BUT NO DOUBT IF IT WAS HIM ON DUTY THE OUTCOME WOULD DHAVE BEEN EQUALIY DONE, THANKS ALINA NOVAL 64 YEAROLD FEMALE PARIENT/

I have seen Donna Dr. Paolillos midwife since 2003! She is awesome and I recommend her to ALL of my friends that are pregnant and even the ones who are not. She is the best Doctor in the world and treats you like you are her only patient. She is wonderful and I just love her! One of the Nurses in the back Ruby is awesome as well they are great people and if you are pregnant then go here, you will be extremely happy with the way you are treated! You never wait more then 10 minutes and they will always see you. Even on weekends if you call Donna calls you back within minutes! Love this place!!!!

I asked if i could see this Dr. and that i needed to be seen soon because i have a hematoma and ovarian tumor. I asked at my 6 weeks, they finally got my records at my 7th week i called every day and i am at my 9th week and .....nothing. They didnt even call to say it was received and under review. I had to call they told me it should be done friday after lunch. I called when they told me and a girl said. The doctor isnt here today..... -.- 1 week later i just went to someone else. If you want it done, find another office.

I have been seeing Dr. Paolillo for over 20 years. He delivered both my children and I couldnt be more happy with the patient care I have received. My daughter came two weeks early in the middle of the night, and Dr. P was there. My son came a month early on New Years Day and Dr. P. was there. My mother (who has since passed) was his patient and loved him, and my sister too. I recommended him to a friend who has had several procedures by Dr. P including a hysterectomy and she loves him as well.

I absolutely love Dr Paolillos office. I went somewhere else for my first son and felt like a number. When I went to this office for my second, I felt so welcomed by the staff! The nurses and the office staff are amazing! Dr P is amazing, comforting and he really worked with me on what I wanted to do. Ill never leave them and definitely suggest them to anyone. The fact that they know and remember you is just icing on the cake.
