I have been seeing Dr Russ for over 32 years. My husband and I had recently moved to Columbus and someone recommended a gyn to me that I was very comfortable with. We got pregnant with our first child, and approximately one week before my scheduled C-Section, my Dr died. Knowing how petrified I was, my Drs office recommended Dr. Russ to me and two children later I am he is still taking care of my medical needs. When I first met Dr Russ, he told me that he was not my previous Dr., however, he would do his best to give me the best medical care, and make me as comfortable as possible. I never had to wait for more than 15 mins, and if there is an emergency, his office staff is very efficient and keep the patients informed and calm. He really is as gentle as any woman Dr could be,

I was seen by Dr. Ashita Gehlot yesterday as a new pt. She was AWESOME! She took her time and I never felt rushed. She was very informative and friendly. I never felt it was forced. Great bedside manner! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the receptionist at check-out was not the friendliest. She looked angry and didnt say two words, I was prompting the short dialogue. I had to ask if I was finished and could go when standing at the desk because she just starred at her computer. I also am a front office admin. gal and this definitely would not be ok at my office. Great gal checking in and taking me back though! Ill be back!

I love Dr. Russ. I am a young woman with uterine cancer and he has stood by my side through the whole terrible ordeal and helped me with every aspect of it. It has been almost 5 years in total and now that Im in remission I am still a huge fan of how he treats me and asks about the other impacts cancer has had on my life. Ive had a whole lot of medical entanglement through this process but Dr. Russ is a standout for me as the best of the best.

Dr.Russ is an amazing doctor my wife is very pleased with him. But the staff is completely unorganized and rude. Every appointment that we make is rescheduled, then my wife comes for an ultrasound and there is no tech here. Then she had to sit and wait an hour and a half to be seen by another doctor. If it wasnt for doctor Russ we would be finding a new OB for the birth of our child.

Dr. Russ is an amazing and very knowledgeable Dr. I had 3 miscarriages while under the care of another Dr. with no explanation or testing. Switched to Dr. Russ and he tested me and eased my mind of thinking it was something that I did wrong and gave me knowledge on how to move forward and plan for our 2nd healthy baby. I would recommend him to ANY and EVERYONE!

The doctors are fine but the women who check you in and out are the rudest people Ive ever met. I liked the nurse practitioner fine she actually came up to a solution 3 other doctors couldnt but I may never come back due to the rudeness there with the staff.
