I needed a procedure done. I got the run around for months. They finally scheduled the surgery but when I arrived for my appointment I was told they were not going to do it. The doctor would not even speak with me. I paid for copies of my medical records and found an alarming number of inaccuracies! I have since found a new doctor. If your are thinking about getting treatment here, I urge you not to. If you are a current patient, run for your life! You should educate your staff on policies and procedures. I saved for months to pay the $1200 I was quoted. Your staff scheduled the procedure!!!

The Drs Milroy and Mervyn Samuels have always been very genuine in there care towards me and my family. They always take the time to listen to our input and then discuss what actions are needed to so we all feel comfortable. Their facilities are top of line and have locations all around Columbus that are easy to visit. They would be the first specialist I would call in this manner.

Horrible service!! Waste of time and money! They take labs and cultures wait over 2 weeks to call with results and will refuse to call in prescriptions without making 2nd appointment!
