Awful. DONT GO HERE. To start, youll never speak to a live person when you call in to schedule an appointment. Youll have to leave a message and wait to be called back. If you happen to miss their call back, youll repeat this cycle of leaving a message until you happen to catch them when they call back. Unrealistic if you have a full time job. Once you arrive for your appointment on time, youll spend at least an hour in the waiting room. I can speak from experience that this is not a one time thing. It will happen every time. The cherry on top, all the doctors will give you conflicting information. I was scared into thinking I needed additional testing done when results came back from my annual check up. I scheduled a follow up appointment for said additional testing. After tracking down a staff member to schedule appointment, arriving and waiting an hour, i was then informed by the doctor that he felt the testing was really unnecessary at this time and he felt no need to proceed forward with it. I spent all of 2 minutes with him and was billed for the appointment that I should have never been told to do in the first place. THEY LITERALLY SCAMMED ME INTO A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT AND THUS MORE MONEY FOR THEM WHILE PROVIDING NO SERVICES. Ive never had such an awful experience. I hope this review saves someone else the aggravation.
