Would give them a zero if I could. Not once did they inform me that they dont do anything but blood if youre under 21 until AFTER my appointment. I waited for 45 mins for this appointment, filled out all the paperwork, got a basic pelvic exam, then she ordered blood work and sent me on my way charging me over $200 for this visit. I have insurance so I only had to pay the copay of $35 but they messed that up and only charged me $20 and I just now got a bill in the mail a month later for the other $15. I was referred to them for a pap and NOT ONCE until I called them later (too embarrassed and angry during the appointment) to ask why they didnt do what I scheduled the appointment for did they tell me that they dont treat under 21!!!!!! Furious that no one seemed to notice or care about this fact until after my appointment. They just wanted my money!!!! This was my first ever appointment with a doctor of this kind and it has COMPLETELY turned me off to ever seeing one again. I had my period for over 2 months non stop and they had no desire to help or refer me to someone that WOULD help. Luckily I got a diagnosis and got the problem fixed but no thanks to them.

I recently went through a very disappointing experience with this doctors office. It took them 2 years to send me a bill for what should have been a routine appointment. The bill was incorrect, and was therefore not covered by insurance. When I tried to call the doctors office, it took 3 phone calls, many of which went unreturned. Each time I explained the situation, their tone was very defensive. When I asked why I was not contacted about the bill within a normal time frame, I was given excuses. While waiting for calls to be returned, I received a letter in the mail warning me about my payment and stating they had not heard from me, which is completely false. The situation was eventually resolved, but I am currently switching doctors.

She is good at what she does, but dont expect to feel cared about. I believe Dr. Smith views her patients as dollar signs and not actual people. At least her front desk ladies are friendly and get to know you after youve been going there a while. However, it is incredibly painful trying to make appointments. Strange hours, phones arent answered often, and voicemails to them are not returned.

Very Happy with Dr. Smith and staff. Julie has always been helpful! It helps too that this office communicates on email. When I am at work, I cannot always stop to go make a personal phone call and I dont want my coworkers hearing my personal business about health issues. :)

My first visit with Dr Smith today, and she was wonderful. Dr Smith took her time, and answered ALL my questions. I did not feel rushed. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with the care received today.
