I had my first appointment last week and I was horribly late because of rain and two traffic accidents, despite being nearly 20 minutes late they still took me in. I was unbelievably grateful. The staff is polite, and my Nurse Practitioner took her time and discussed many options in regards to meds. My annual was done quickly and comfortably. I also appreciated the fact they had high strength vitamins that arent filled with noneffective fillers. I was able to buy Magnesium oil and Vitamin D at a great price.

My doctor Sherrine is very nice and professional. The receptionist is never pleasant the many times that I have gone. I also dont get a warm welcome from the assistant that takes the blood pressure and weight. I start my visit and end my visit feeling uncomfortable and whenever I have to call there I can tell the woman on the other end is not happy to help.

A new potential client lost: I couldnt even get an appointment thru the lazy rude front line staff. Drs need to be aware of their front end staff and lack of service. Surly you cant stay in business forever operating like this.
