I have been a patient of Dr. Jack for 4 years and he has been very good to me and both of my parents (also patients of his). The staff is good. The challenge his office has is that he runs it as an urgent care and also takes scheduled appointments. There have been days when there isnt a chair to sit in because of the number of patients (mostly walk-ins) and other days when you can just walk in and get instant service. Note: I am an RN. His assessments are on target.

The office has closed 3 times this summer unannounced. They also require people on maintenance medications to come into the office monthly to see the doc and pick up the script. I believe that is only to get the office visit charges. I have had near screaming matches with the desk staff over their policies. The only bright part of this practice are the doctors and the nurses!

I was suffering from extreme vertigo, to the point that I was almost unable to stand. I went in at 4pm and was informed that they could not receive any walk in patients...at an UrgiCare. How does that work?! Isnt EVERYONE A WALK IN PATIENT?! Thanks for nothing. Agreed, the reception staff is cold, uncaring and almost contemptuous.

This urgent care center is not an urgent care center but a doctor trying to see more patients than he is able to. Expect long waits horrible customer service and hope that you never need to get medical records from them because it has taken over 6 months now and I had to go to the office myself to actually get them.

Dr. Jack Rutkowski is a con-artist. When given the choice between visiting this Urgent Care or bleeding out from the head, next time I will choose to bleed from the head rather than allowing Dr. Jack Rutkowski to scam me again.
