Couldnt have been more happy with my experience. I have always worked out but never had a solid foundation. Mat was my trainer and he and Fred worked to develop a program for me as well as assess my nutrition. In 5 weeks I lost 6.1% body fat and gained a ton of lean muscle. Went from barely being able to squat to squatting 275lbs for 4 sets of 12. Finally had a six pack. If you want a program that actually works and isnt a gimmick, I strongly suggest you go see The Fitness Doctor, best thing I have ever done. It changed my life.

Worked with fitness doctor to lose wait two years ago. With diet plan and exercise program I was able to achieve goals. The past seven months Ive been recovering from a blood clot as well as severe back pain. A week ago I was discharged from physical therapy. The fitness doctor kept in touch throughout my medical care and recently contacted me to set up a program to assist in my recovery following discharge. Fitness doctor is not only professional but also maintains personal and continuous contact with clients.
