My fiance recently went to this place a few hours ago. First off, this isnt a rant, this is for other parents to take heed. She went in for a check up for our toddler for a minor issue on his face. She got there 20 mins early and still had to wait for 40 minutes while others with no appointment went ahead of her. The waiting area had no area for sicker children with other detrimental illnesses to wait away from the less detrimental (for mothers with brand new newborns be careful). When they finally took her back he had to get a full body check out and staff was nice, sweet and kind until they found out he wasnt circumcised. Then their whole demeanor changed and they started pushing judgement about why she didnt have it done. He tried to explain in a very rude way about how he will never be able to urinate right, and will have to get it circumcised later in his life while trying to force his foreskin back. He then proceeded to get his student nurse whom was passing the same judgement about it, to give her a document stating why he will HAVE to get it done otherwise he will have issues with it in a few years. After the nurse practically came back in and almost threw the flyer at her and slammed the door, she analyzed the paper and it stated that there was no reason to force an uncircumcised child into anything including the gradualization of seperation of the foreskin. It just disturbes me knowing all of this happened for no reason, while our toddler has had no trouble going to the bathroom at all, and am actually more upset about how the doctor handled him in that way, because of the potential psychological detriment to him being comfortable now with bathroom time. Not to mention the judgemental zealot-like way they were treated after finding out he was uncircumcised. The other staff was friendly on their way out with the exception of the nurse in training and the doctor. I hope this has helped some of you parents in making a decision about this place.

I think Dr. Fialko is wonderful. He can seem to be in a rush sometimes but I honestly think hes just that good at what he does. He knows whats wrong or isnt wrong and he knows it quickly. I take all three of my boys there and have since we came to Citrus County six years ago. His staff is also great, especially the guy nurse (Im terrible with names, sorry!)...I only have one problem there. There is one nurse, a short lady with grey hair, and she is just absolutely miserable every time weve seen her. But fortunately, we havent had to see her often. So if you get that nurse please dont base your opinion of the office off of her! Everyone else is amazing!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. He is by far the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. First when he came into the room he insisted on my son to give him a kiss! Not once, not twice but 3 times and then proceeded to slam his hand on the table and demand him to kiss him! My son has his face barried into my chest and Dr Fialko tell me and I quote " well mom, get his arm out and have him face me, no matter how disgusted I am of him we got to get this done."

I have to say that, from the way Dr. Fialko complained and grumbled about other people(perhaps his own patients) behind the front counter, I was unsure how my 9 month old daughters 1st visit was going to go. Nurse Jason was a blast though! Fialko was in an obvious hurry to get it over with. He was Curt and talked too fast and didnt ask very many questions. I left feeling that Marion was just another number to him and he didnt care. I am looking for another pediatrician & dont want to go back to him!

He is the worst doctor me and my sister have ever been to my litype sister went two years to him for two year not knowing she had cysts on her ovaries. The only reason she found out she had them was because they burst and she ended up in the hospital and they told her that she had them. He did nothing he didnt take blood to do tests or anything I would not recommend going to him at all. Unless you want your children to end up in the hospital.

Dr fialko and his staff are absolutely amazing. My baby girl was with a different doctor when she was first born and the doctor could care less about her health. I went to see Dr fialko and he made her feel so loved. My now 7 month old baby girl loves to see Dr fialko and his staff. He even knew right off hand she needed to go to the hospital with pneumonia! He is a a doctor that will make any mom or parent feel so comfortable.

I was new to the area and referred to this office from a friend online. The office is always very busy, and even though you have to wait a bit once youre in the room, the office staff and nurses are super nice. Dr. Fialko is very quick and thorough and is always very nice to my 7 month old daughter. I have also had to call them a few times with questions, and they were very helpful on the phone as well. Super happy.

Love the staff. They are great with the kids and Dr Fialko has awesome bedside manner with the kids. He makes jokes with them to make them more comfortable. This make me as a parent feel more at ease because my kids are less stressed.. When my kids are sick the office can get them in same day or at the latest the next morning..

Dr Fialkos and his staff are always on point. The kids always get seen promptly which can is so helpful with newborn and school. There are toys in the really cool aquatic theme in the waiting room. I know when I take my kids there that Dr Fialko actually cares and knows what hes doing. I dont have to worry about that.

Front desk staff were friendly and waiting room was nicely decorated for the kids. Once in the back rooms were small with lack of seating for both parents and the nurse made us feel uncomfortable followed by the unusual exam that the doc did. Both of us left feeling uncomfortable and immediately decided to not return.

Dr. Fialko is such a great guy inside and out of the office. I would reccomend him to any one! The office staff is always smiling, and they definitely make you feel welcome. The office appearance looks amazing. Any kid that goes there will feel more like theyre in a dream than in a Doctors office. 100% satisfactory!

I love this office. I think theyre the best in Citrus County. Not only is the doctor wonderful, but his staff is equally wonderful. Theyre always pleasant, always knowledgable, and theres a genuine affection for children in this office. I would never take my children elsewhere. Highly recommend

Dr. Fialko re-evaluated my sons condition when we transferred to this region instead of merely signing off on the paperwork. I appreciated that he took time to understand his health needs.
