I couldnt say enough about the medical staff of PedIM Healthcare. From nurses to physician assistants to physicians, my care has been managed by this office since I was a young teenager. I have stayed with the practice because I feel heard and understood when I come in with any health concerns. Thats what you can expect with this medical practice. Unfortunately something else that I have also come to expect is a long unnecessary wait for nurse visits. My understanding has been that it is an actual appointment but when I sit in the office waiting room and watch everyone who has come after me go back it is very disconcerting. One time may have been an accident but multiple times and overhearing that the nurses were never even made aware that I was waiting by someone at the front desk is just poor customer service. The service is five stars but I cant truly give that rating knowing that this is an ongoing issue. Over a decade of care and I have just grown to expect more than this negligence or care for their patients time.

Dr. St Martin and his staff have been apart of my childrens lives for almost 11 years. His practice grew quickly, from a three exam room building to what it is today. There have been times where we have waited hours after our appointment to be seen, but sometimes we must remember that with the growth of his practice as quickly as it happened, it is not always easy to keep up with supply and demand. Just as our children grow quicker than we would like sometimes and we fall behind on what their needs are, this is what has happened. Patience is a virtue, when it comes to our sick children that is not always easy, but I know that Dr. St Martin and his staff are dedicated to provide the best quality care available in this area. I would never use a different Doctor, regardless of the wait times. His staff is kind and they are doing the best they can to provide quick service to all of us in need.

Not once, not twice, but three times this office has denied my toddler a same day emergency visit..My most recent call was because my daughter 27 month old was having burning with urination..I called at 5:15p.m..asked what time they were open to, the girl hesitated,then answered 7p.m.. I explained my child symptoms was put on hold and then told no we cant see her..My child has been a patient there for most of her life..we have never missed an appointment or had a past due bill..just a poor lil child crying and hold her urine back..this is heartless..I called the next day and spoke with the office manager who said they were very busy and the Dr. didnt get a lunch...REALLY REALLY, thats not what you say to very upset parent..I wouldnt reccommend a squirrel to this office!!!

All of the staff at PedIM are very nice. I always get in when my kids need to be seen right away. They are knowledgeable about multiple illnesses and take the time to listen to your concerns. They also take extra care when examining children and do not make hasty diagnoses like other Dr. Offices in the county. My daughter frequently gets pneumonia and other pediatricians, clinics, even the hospital barely examined her, said, "Oh its a trending virus," and sent us home no better off and never took the time to figure out why she continues to get sick. Dr. St. Martin ordered a full lab workup and continues to keep track of her illnesses and is trying to find the problem. I am very happy with this office and staff I dont think Ill be changing doctors again.

I love the office and staff at PedIM Healthcare. We have been patients there starting with their first office on Regina Blvd and when our son was born 9 years ago Dr. St. Martin became his Pediatrician. Over the years I have watched them grow and they have accumulated such a great team. They are all extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to go above and beyond for my family. Dr. St. Martin, Dr. Shammas, Tamra and the rest of the providers really care about their patients and it shows. That is why they are so busy! It cant be easy taking care of such a large number of people in the growing community but they do it well. If you are looking for a great doctor or pediatrician I highly recommend the office.

We have been with PedIM Healthcare since they first opened their doors... Dr. St. Martin was there for us when our son was born and he has always been our family Physician. The staff has always been helpful and kind and our requests by phone or e-mail have always received prompt attention. Dr. St. Martin also has a clinic in Inverness (Quick Care Med) for illnesses and injuries that do not require a full office visit. We have visited the clinic for a bumped head (my son) and various illnesses through the years (flu, strep throat) and have always received excellent care there as well. Dr. St. Martin is very caring and attentive (he has even returned calls on weekends and evenings!)...

This office is awful! I have never had an appointment when I was there less than an hour and a half, when it shouldnt have needed more than half hour. I dont know if they are overscheduling, incompetent, or just plain rude and inconsiderate. I have tried to have two separate issues diagnosed, and they do nothing but run blood tests and give bad advice. Today I walked out without treatment after waiting an hour for the doctor or the PA to come see me. Maybe theyre good at the pediatrics, but they are terrible with the adult primary physician function.

My mom has been going to this dr for years, I never knew why she didnt t like the dr? I took her 3 times she never did get to see the dr. Just the nurse. After getting out of the hospital we went to see the dr mom had had her medicine change. While at the office we requested numerous times to see the dr. We were told that the dr. had to leave. 10 minutes later as we were leaving the dr. was in the parking lot talking to someone but hurry away when he seen us. Thats why I found another dr.

I choose dr st Martin back in April of 2015 when my son was born. I have switched my daughter from dr brushan. Due to she over books and calls dcf on everyone when there is nothing wrong with the children or parents. Dr St Martin and his staff are wonderful!!! I would not change dr of anything. My kids are well taken care of there by the staff and dr. I have never had to wait more then 30 mins if that. So on the behalf of my family and myself, I thank you to dr st Martin and his staff!

This is the best medical center I have ever been to. All staff from manager to front desk is very well trained, friendly and nice. And the best part is that you do not need to wait for no reason as you always did in other doctors places. My doctor, Toromanovski, is very professional, intellectual and knowledgeable. Besides the professional treatment I got in his office, I also emailed him about my medical concern. He immediately answered with great help. Thanks, Dr. Toromanovski.
