I am not pleased with the service today at wall. Memorial is somewhat known for dropping the ball but today is a new one. My friend (whos battle crohns) went in for body aches, pain and she cant really move, she just feels bad, period. Because shes been in the hospital before she knows what pain medicine works for her and thats what she asked for. Instead, the nurses/dr kept "recommending" other pain medicines and shes telling them no bcus they wont work on her, shes still in pain, and normally if she has a hospital visit thats what she gets. So now, the dr goes "well can I give you morphine?" And shes like "Im allergic to morphine" it says it right in her chart. So he couldnt even look at her chart to know that? And then when theyre discharging her she asks for Tylenol, but no they cant give her Tylenol for the pain "because she doesnt have a fever". Like how whack is that. And then wanna charge a $2,000 bill for NOTHING. Went in sick! Left sick! And then the nurse asked her if she would like to sit outside and then instead of staying with her, the nurse left her alone!

So after a pointless and frustrating night at Memorial Regional Hospital...the results are...nothing. After 2 1/2 months straight of bleeding , I got the scare of my life once I saw how much blood I was actually losing and my doctor urging me to go to the ER... They didnt exam me, No ultrasound, no nothing... they never tested to see where the blood was coming from. The staff in my opinion was good...but how good can they be if they made me wait for hours upon hours to be seen, then spend 15 minutes with me and call it a day. Needless to say Im still bleeding and cant see a doctor for 2 weeks. So disappointed. Never going to the adult side of the hospital again!!!

This Place is Horrible!! Staff spend way to much time laughing n talking rather then taking care patients! They have no sense of urgency to help patients! tell them u need something takes 30-45 for them to return!!! My mom was there 3days! Went to visit her one walked in room right on time she was choking asked a nurse walking by for help she told me to hold on let me get your nurse! She never came! I called her she was sittin right next door in office cause u can hear echo asking what was wrong! Instead of getting off her A** to come check!....I wouldnt take my dog to this place!!

Es la segunda ocasión que vengo al hospital y todo el personal es sumamente atento y agradable siempre tratando de ayudar al paciente y al familiar acompañante no tengo quejas en cuanto a emergencia y al 4to piso.

I hate this hospital my son died in that hospital their service suck Ive also been there many times for stomach problems and they never found nothing after doing a little bit of research I found out I had a parasite infestation in my stomach all of the doctors are students and they know nothing Im very disappointed in this Hospital

Ive been cominge here almost 7 years when I brought my husband in he was nonresponse Dr Rubin and the EMS team rushed to my car got him out and started trying him immediately without him and the staff at memorial South saved his life and im greatly appreciative

Hospital staff was extremely friendly and kind and took care of my family member. I was there with him for almost 24hours and was welcomed and treated with exceptional care. I would recommend this hospital to any of my family and friends.

ER wait times are beyond ridiculous, waiting in waiting room over 3.5 hrs without even seeing a doctor, will not ever come here again!

the 5 th floor they need more people on the 5th floor the 2-4th floor is great the younger people is better than the old people
