Very poor front staff. Ive waited an hour plus at each appointment. They claim its due to emergencies however if that is the case, the receptionists should call the appointments to let them know of the delay PRIOR to them arriving. Making clients wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours for a previously scheduled (and incredibly short appointment) is poor practice. If I were to arrive an hour late, only would I be charged but I wouldnt be seen -- this is unacceptable. Phenomenal BACK staff and doctor -- the assistants and Dr Lang are amazing. Gentle with my kids, kind, very patient and do not rush. They are the ONLY reason I deal with the inexperienced (or maybe its just uncaring, unprofessional) front staff. I would give Dr Lang and his assistants 5 stars, however Im only giving the practice a 3 because of the poor reception staff.

Dr. Lang extracted two of my wisdom teeth today. I have never had better care at a dental office. He was nice, understanding and very efficient. His staff was very comforting, they all listened to my concerns and he took extra time to explain to me what was going on and was patient to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend him!

Dr Lang and his gracious team took in "the poor lady w an emergency" at the end of a very long day. They had been there since 8 am. Patient after patient. And guess what they took one more in need. I had lost faith in doctors and the medical community frankly. But my faith has been restored. My pain gone. Thanks doc!

Very professional and friendly. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Minimal swelling and very nice staff. The same day of the surgery, a few hrs later, they called to check on how I was doing and feeling. Very great individuals. I highly recommend them!

Ive been waiting to be seen for over an hour. They had several people scheduled at the same time as myself. No one even bothered to give me an explanation as to why nor an apology for my wait. Personally wouldnt recommend! Not worth the wait.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Lang and his staff. They were all very friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would not hesitate to return!
