No recomiendo para nada que vaya nadie a este lugar me engañaron y me robaron ,me dijeron que tenía una enfermedad en los dientes y me tenían que hacer una limpieza de $500 esa limpieza debería demorar casi 1 hora e inyectar la anestesia por cuadrante y la mujer que me la" realizó" demoro 20 minutos sin anestesia ellas en todo momento para robarte son muy simpáticas hasta que descubres que te robaron en eso momento les sale la maldad y que me tenía que hacer 5 empastes en las muelas $800 más taxes después de pagar y confiar en la Doctora fui a dos Dentistas amigos y me dicen que yo no tengo ningún desgaste en mis dientes para hacer una limpieza así que y que en 20 con un gel no se realiza esa limpieza es un engaño y que no me limpio las caries que no tengo ningún resto de que la Doctora no me hizo ningún empaste que fuese con la Doctora a reclamar por que me habían robado ,acudí a la consulta con buena forma al principio pusieron cara de susto por que se les cayó el teatro que tenian en seguida sacaron su verdadera cara y se negaron a atenderme me dijeron que me fuese,que yo no tenía derecho a reclamar nada estaban asustados por que querían esconderme de los pobres clientes que tenían para robarles afuera.me robaron $2.000 y sigo con las caries y sin empastes dejo mi mala experiencia para poder ayudar a otras personas que no les engañen y los que ya fueron pidan la opinión de otro dentista para ver que trabajo les hicieron si también fueron engañados a mi cuando fui también me trataron muy bien me engañaron para que me sintiese bien y me robaron..no confíen y pidan siempre otra opinión antes de confiar en una sonrisa hipócrita de nadie ,por que a la hora de reclamar les van a sacar el veneno de adentro desgraciadamente la personas buenas a veces somos engañados por la maldad de la gente. Pero Dios todo lo ve.

Beginning of 2015 i called this dental office. Everybody seems very kind over the phone and in the office, but it is all false. I told them i need an estimate to do some crowns and implants, they said just come in and we will help you with everything. I made an appointment first thing in the morning and had to waited for almost 2 hour before I got called.When i got there they said first time client cleaning is $35. When i enter the cleaning room, they said i need deep cleaning and it would cause $85; I did not want to upset anyone, therefore i agreed to the service. The $85 deep clean was only for 20 MINUTES!! I asked you, how many minutes of cleaning is the $35 ? When all is done, i asked for an estimate, they said i have to come back to see the specialist for the consultation; Later on, i found out consultation with the specialist is extra $$. I was VERY upset and feel like i was being SCAM! Between waiting, X-rays and more waiting, I was there for a total of 5 hours !!! I was in so much tears that my husband had calm me down. I worked 6 days a week and only had 1 day off. Is there some kind of Dental Association that we can report them of misleading clients??!! Please pass on my experienced to others. They are not honest from beginning to end.

I came across this gem accidentally and I was immediately impressed. The doctors and assistants are knowledgeable and calm any fears before, during and after the procedure. They give you all necessary information that you will need for after care at home. Then they also make themselves available by phone after hours. Someone answered me very quickly when my child and I needed after hours care. They made us feel like our care was important to them, no matter what time we called. From the moment that you enter, you are greeted by smiling faces...all eager to assist you...from your very first visit. The staff treats everyone that enters their door with dignity and respect. Theyre very accommodating and they will follow you throughout your treatment and beyond. The building is clean inside and out. Adequate seating area, tastefully decorated and child friendly. Food, gas, shopping all within 1 minute. Located right on the corner of 328 St. and So. Dixie Hwy. 1 minute north off exit #1 on the Florida Turnpike. I love Florida City Dental...you will too!

I was really skeptical in changing dentists. I moved down to homestead from Miami and elwas really comfortable with my prior dentist. Unfortunately the drive to miami and new changing of staff at my old dentist was enough for me to look for a new dentist. My wife found this place simply because we live right around the block and decided to give this a shot. I must say that i was impressed on how comfortable i became with the staff. The whole office is welcoming and friendly. I even decided to take my children out their dentist and move the while family here to this office. They are very professional and accommodating to your wants and needs. They explain everything that will happen before doing any procedures. As for kids they are GREAT! My kids love coming here and even get excited. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a professional, family friendly experience and environment.

After hearing about City Dental from a friend and being behind on my cleaning I decided to give them a try last week. While driving up there I had some doubts as to what to expect based on the cost of the cleaning being so affordable. Once I arrived all concerns where lost when I was greeted so warmly by their staff. The office was clean and accommodating and I could not of had a better experience. The modern technology along with the Dr willing to take the time to share with me all of his findings gave me the assurance I was getting the best in dental care. I normally do not write reviews but wanted to take some time to let everyone know that I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try, you will not be disappointed and your teeth and smile will thank you! :)

I am so happy to have finally found THE dentist my family & I will be going to & staying with. I absolutely do not and CAN NOT agree with any negative comments said about this place! After reading 99.9% of these reviews! It is clear that this dentist has top notch service! I have been to many dentists & can begin to tell you REAL stories....However, Ive had cleanings done with abosuley NO discomfort! A few cavities taken care of with no pain whatsoever. Not to mention a wisdom tooth that I didnt even feel when it was extracted, that shows how experienced and gentle they are! I have referred many friends & co-workers and all have come back to thank me for letting them know about this place. I highly suggest Florida City Dental!!!!!

I always hesitate about going to the dentist. Not only I get nervous but Im also a little distrustful of dentists. (Just had an exp where the estimate was 5K!) Before making an appt, I researched, read reviews and decided to go. I felt relaxed as soon as I came in. Ppl waiting talked good about the staff and place (word of mouth is very important) And highly recommended it. All reviews were right. I felt comfortable, at home. I took my 3 1/2 yr old daughter and they welcomed her and entertained her. Thank you. I urge everyone who is being taken care of here to please write a review to help others make the right decision. I felt they are honest and not looking to trap you but to take care of u.
