I live in Phoenix, AZ, and while on a working vacation in Satellite Beach, FL., cracked a ceramic crown. I googled and reviewed many dentist in the area and discovered that Dr. LoSasso had a stellar reputation with many glowing comments from satisfied customers. I noted that many were long term clients which is always a good sign. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. My wait was minimal and I was lead to my chair by an equally friendly professional that efficiently set me up for my formal examination and X-rays. When Dr. LoSosso entered the room he greeted me first and we exchanged pleasantries and within that conversation he asked questions regarding dental history, etc. During the examination he was thorough and following the exam took the time to explain the issues that he found, including showing me both what I came in for and other issues that I knew I had and were becoming a problem, but had put off. I told him I did not have dental insurance and he took the time to show me the dental smiles plan they had in place and in my circumstance how it could save me money as well as other benefits. This was no hard sell, but did make sense in my case so I took advantage of it. The crown replacement takes a few weeks and they knew I had to head back to Phoenix in four weeks so they schedule me for the follow-on visits as soon as possible and said Id be on their short call list as a priority if any patients cancelled. All-in-all I am delighted with my experience so far and have referred my mother, who lives locally, to move from her present dentist, with less than stellar reviews to Dr. LoSasso. Roger Arias

Today was my husbands first visit to Dr. LoSasso. We couldnt be more pleased. The office vibe is great - from the decor to the staff. Everyone (from Margaret at check-in to Karen at checkout) was not only very professional, but very accommodating and caring. Both our hygienist Nicole, and Dr. LoSasso, clearly explained what was needed and why, and showed us actual photos of his teeth so we could see ourselves. They did a great job of laying out what was covered by insurance and what we would have to pay ourselves for his proposed treatment plan. While we went too long after moving here from Virginia to act on our friends recommendations for a dentist, we are so happy to have finally arrived at Dr. LoSassos office. Looking forward to my visit next week!

I have had only the initial visit, but these folks are certainly impressive. I told them up front that I was shopping a root canal and crown. It made no difference to them. They did a whole initial work up with xrays and two physical exams. The doctor while consulting with the assistant that did the periodontal exam, sat and discussed multiple option and gave freely of his time to determine different plans of action and the implications of each. I have not decided just what I am going to do but I am sending my wife there if that gives you any idea of how much I thought of them.

Ive been to many dentists in my life and in various states, CS, NY (Westchester County & Buffalo), FL and now SC. I rate Dr. LoSasso TOPS!!! Not only is he an excellent dentist and diagnosed my problem on my first visit, but his office staff are wonderful too! When I rate doctors, I rate their knowledge and expertise and he is the very BEST! As for waiting time in the office, it was minimal so he keeps on schedule. Im so happy that my daughter and future son-in-law referred me to Dr. LoSasso; hes a "keeper."

This was my first visit and I felt very comfortable and pleased with the Hygienist as she not only cleaned my teeth but did a full set of x-rays and plotting. Dr. Losasso came in and again made me feel very comfortable and spent as much time as I needed for him to answer my questions and for him to give me a course of action. I cant forget the great welcome I received from the receptionist. It was a great visit.

I enjoy having my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist have sweet smelling gloves so I do not suffer from the nasty gag reflex that has always been a problem for me in the past. Dr. LoSasso does out one of the most extensive exams I have ever received from a dentist.

Staff are friendly and always call you by name - nice touch. You rarely wait longer than 3 minutes in the lobby. Glenn gave me a whole new smile to replace the one with several rather crooked teeth due to never having had braces. Best dentist I have ever had.

It was easy. Kate is Great !! Cleaning went quickly and did not hurt :-) I have to have some more work done but I have full faith that it too will go well. Dr. LoSasso was very nice and obviously is an expert dentist. I AM HAPPY :-)
