Do NOT come here!! Please save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else. These people are trying to charge us for a claim from 3 years ago! It was a procedure that was covered by my insurance at the time, but they sent it under the wrong patient name so it was denied... Three years later they want to sit here and make it seem like we owe them all this money. I am having trouble trying to argue my case because the office manager wont let me talk. All she does is spit out reasons why this isnt her fault and she doesnt have to do anything to try to resolve my problem.

Not a good place to take your kids. They cut down the child dental days to ONE day. This results in a huge amount of traffic on that one day. The waiting room has adults and children standing in it. On time for your appointment? They arent. Youll be standing 30 minutes before they see you. Once you get in the staff is clearly overworked. Dr. Francisco was not very child friendly. Assistant George was great though

Try to make an appointment for a cleaning and check up and the lady answering the phone advised they dont do regular cleanings. Red flag!! This is one of those practices where they diagnose over the phone deep cleaning. Stay away if you dont want to waste money. This place is a joke.
