CONSUMER BEWARE OF CHRISTIE DENTAL! We paid our bill in full, at time of service, and now are getting notices that some of our bills werent paid. Its happened more than once. Since we started getting these notices, it has become increasingly difficult to get a hold of their Cocoa Beach office. Its strange to call a dentists office at several different times during the day, and no one answers. Not sure if the two are related, but its a strange coincidence. When we are able to get a hold of them, you get a horrible attitude for questioning them. Incredibly ignorant, and really push your buttons. They keep saying the problem is fixed, but we keep getting notes in the mail. This last time we received a notice in the mail, it took 4 days to finally get a hold of the Office Manager. Leaving messages daily. Calling and getting no answer. Christie Dental may not value the customers credit, but I sure value mine. In 30 days it says it will go to a collection agency. I hope our credit isnt damaged because we went to Christie Dental. Again, we paid at time of service, have receipts, and went over this with them more than once. The dentist and his assistant are fantastic. However, the logistics of getting to them, arguing about bills that youve already paid, dealing with horrible attitudes, makes it impossible. Consumer beware!!

On May 16, 2016 I went to Christie Dental to have 2 teeth that had been determined on a previous visit by a different dentist to required crowns. I did not feel crowns were necessary and the current dentist agreed. He then proceeded to do a great job filling the teeth. Leaving the dentist office, I was confronted by the dental tech, who insisted that a co-pay of $130.00 be paid which I did, even though I was usually billed for services. The actual copay, per the benefits summary, was $45.20, nearly three times the actual copay. On June 7, 2016, I called Christie Dental to discuss this and faxed the benefits page to them, per their request. However, instead of promptly returning my funds, a “new” copay from a previous appointment was deducted from this amount without first notifying me of the copay, my account was placed on hold, calls to billing were not returned, and inaccurate information on the status of my refund was provided. On Sept 2, 2016, I finally received the money that was owed to me. Some dentists and hygienists were great. The business side is severely lacking. AL F.

I had really bad anxiety from a previous experience when i was younger. Angela made me feel so comfortable. I have been happy with everything they have been doing. Love the friendly faces and sweet personalities.

This office got me in when I was in a pinch and did a great job. I will be returning to Dr. Cardoso for all of my dental needs.
