I was looking for the number to this place to take my son back- IM A REAL PERSON DONT KNOW THESE PEOPLE FROM A CAN OF PAINT! - So as I started to dail the number saw the rating and thought huh? Cant be the same place- I was impressed with the staff and the way they treated me im an African American female from NYC very skeptical... The lady who saw us before the dentist I dont know her name was so nice she has a daughter she was talking to me about her then she took her time to show me how to properly brush - I know we already were shown and taught all that but it stuck when she took that time I remember thinking wow shes patient and really taking the time to show me this.. i made a big fuss about her to my kids who couldnt figure out why I was so impressed -- her customer service skills were natural and a breath of fresh air. I still remember the technique she showed me when Im brushing made a difference. The the dentist saw me he was humble and patient-- i dont even know these peoples name but i brought my children there to be seen kids had no complaints. This place takes medicaid so I can imagine thats why the wait is long they are helping everyone because not all dentist see people who dont have cash or credit cards. Dont take my word see for yourself yes I waited got my service and left happy not upset in anyway

This was the most unfriendly, unprofessional dentist office I have ever set foot in. I do not recommend anyone have their services done here. They are unbelievably slow. You will be waiting at least 45 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. The only part of the staff that shows any patience and friendliness is the reception workers. This is supposed to be a childrens dentist so why in the world dont they understand that children sometimes cry and fidget? Especially after having sit for 45 minutes waiting to be called. Going to the dentist can be a frightening thing for a small child, why not have some patience instead of refusing to do the service? It is not at all convenient to be referred to another place and hour away because you dont want to have patience with my child. I followed all procedures that were given to me only to be told that the information was wrong. So now I have a fussy child and the problem still was not fixed. I will never set foot in that place again and I advise everyone to follow my lead.

My experiences at this practice have been great. I first went there because I saw that Dr. Ayers, my long time friend and dentist was going to be there one day a week. I was very impressed immediately with Katrina, the receptionist who was so helpful and professional. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well, and very friendly. I have seen Dr. Farnsworth as well, and am very impressed with his confidence and expertise. He is great with patients who are anxious and nervous, and puts them right at ease. I highly recommend this dentistry practice!

Dr .Kyle and his staff are always a pleasure to visit. Always fast and friendly service. Im able to get my teeth cleaned on my lunch break and head back to work within a hour or two. Special thanks to Mrs. Sandy for always being friendly, nice and easy to talk to. My teeth always feel brand new after I leave. Thanks for taking care of us . I recommend everyone to see Dr. Farnsworth. Sea Island Dentistry is the best and will always be our first choice. Thanks Dr. Farnsworth !!

Theyre the only dentist in the area that takes my insurance, so I was hoping theyd be good and aside from a somewhat annoying wait time, it was a very good experience. I left a voicemail over the weekend and they got back to me on Monday and scheduled me for an appointment the next morning, which was nice. All the staff I encountered from the reception to the hygienist to the dentist himself were very friendly and professional.

Since 4 years ago coming here Ive had great experiences from the front desk to the opputuries. Ms. Red head Sandy from walterbolro has always been so helpful to my kids an i. My kids an I feel so comfortable coming here, always a great experience. I would recommend that everyone come to sea island dentistry for great results

Awesome staff and the dentists are awesome! Highly recommend this office. Great with both kids and adults. I love the fact that they make on the site crowns and can get me in before they even open.They most definitely know how to work around your schedule to get you in asap. Very efficient work and service!

First Dental care was fine. Reception/billing did a bate and switch on rate. Called and got a quote. Told the quote to the receptionist when I arrived. Then when billing came it was 45% more. They are NOT honest. I suggest they make it right and they called me a liar. Youve been warned!

I scheduled an appointment for my son to have his first check up. I unfortunately had to reschedule because he wasnt feeling well, but no one ever answers Ive been calling for two days now still no answer, Im thinking of reconsidering his visit.
