Ever since Dr. Ramsey saved me $8,436 on a dental procedure I DIDNT need... I happily drive past 17 other dentists (I know, I checked on google maps) because I know hell care for my teeth without abusing my wallet. The story behind that. I was going to one of those dental chains and during a routine checkup and youd have thought they found a nuclear bomb in my mouth. The second I opened my mouth the technician (not even the dentist) gasped and said my overbite and wear on my teeth was so bad that if I didnt get braces and crowns RIGHT NOW I wouldnt have any teeth left in 5 years... and that... the ensuing pain (from exposed nerves) would be so bad it would feel like I was chewing on a taser. The price tag for all that? Over $10,000. I knew they were trying to scare me into a quick decision. And they did NOT like it when I said I was going to get a second opinion. Whatever... I knew Dr. Ramsey through mutual friends. So I called to set up an appointment and right off the bat I was impressed. His secretary was super nice. And when I got there I kicked myself for not switching dentists sooner. His office feels more like you are going to a spa than the dentist (the 20 year old version of myself would kick my ass for saying that, but Im older now and hey, I like nice things, dont judge me :)... Anyways... what was I saying? Oh yeah, its like a spa. Everybody is dressed nice. The chairs are way more comfortable. Hell, even the cabinet countertops are marble instead of chipped up particle board. Look, I know all that stuff shouldnt matter but everything just looked more clean, sterile, and well taken care of... not like a grungy car mechanics waiting room. But so what? You probably want to know how he saved me so much money so lets talk about that. Those other dentists werent lying. My overbite was bad and my teeth were wearing down. But Dr. Ramsey said all the work they suggested wasnt necessary. That they were probably just trying to milk me for every penny. He suggested braces to fix the overbite... and... if I wanted to get crowns for cosmetic reasons later I could do so... but that I didnt have to do it if I didnt want to. (Its also nice to know Dr. Ramsey speaks about cosmetic procedures and keeps up to date on all the new advancements. So if I do choose to do crowns, Ill be sure to use him because he knows all about what is working best now). So thats how he saved me a ton of money. Look, Ive lived in South Florida all my life. Im used to every service provider trying to scam you out of every dollar you got. So, I dont say this lightly, I trust and highly recommend Dr. Ramsey. So much so that Ive wasted a bunch of time rambling on about how great he is on an online review. If you need a dentist (and unless you want all your teeth to fall out... you do), at least give Dr. Ramsey. I think youll be pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable going to the dentist can be.

My wife and I decided we needed to change dentists. We checked Health Grades on the Internet and based on the excellent ratings we decided to give Drs. Ramsey and Ritter a try. From the first call for an appointment, everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional. We had not been to the office yet, however, we were pleasantly impressed. Ashley was most helpful. My wifes first appointment was with Dr. Ramsey for a crown. This was following a root canal she had two weeks prior. His assistant, Victoria, explained everything Dr. Ramsey was going to do, and made certain Kathy was comfortable. Dr. Ramsey put Kathy at ease and instilled confidence. The procedure went well and we felt confident that we had chosen the right dentist. Subsequently we have both had cleanings with Jenna and Hayley. Both dental hygienists were friendly and professional. Both ladies were very thorough and did an excellent job. Karen and Kathy who sign you out following your appointments, are equally pleasant and professional. If you are looking for a dentist in the Jupiter area, we would highly recommend Dr. Ramsey. As soon as you enter the doors to the office you are greeted by the pleasant and professional, Ashley where she checks you in. The environment is very clean and organized with all of the most current magazines. You many think thats not important but it did help me relax as I waited to be called. This particular day I was scheduled to get a crown so I was ushered into Dr. Ritters room by his assistant Falan. Falan did all the prep work and I must say I was very impressed by her knowledge and confidence. All of this helped to ease my nervousness. Dr. Ritter came in and also relieved by fears by numbing my mouth without any pain at all. As both of them worked together with assurance all my fears were gone. The procedure took about an hour and I left with a temporary crown in place, no pain and a smile on my face. Even as I checked out Karen and Cathy were pleasant and professional. I know going to the dentist is the last thing you really want to do but I must say this team at Ritter & Ramsey are the best! We are lucky to have this high level of dentistry in our area.

I could not have asked for a more professional staff and experience than what I received from this office. Not only does the office feel clean, welcome, and even relaxing from the minute you walk in; but the manner in which I was greeted upon my arrival and my overall reception trumps 90% of other businesses in the area and maybe even southern Florida. The office staff itself is gorgeous and Laney at the front always takes great care of me. The doctor took time to explain everything fully to me until I was fully confident and comfortable to go forward with my needed work. After that, my cost estimate and procedural steps were outlined to me to avoid any unexpected surprises, which I think we can all agree are never exactly welcome from ones dentist. My work was done very well and made very comfortably. The staff made sure I was more than happy with the result before we finished, and then had me back to check up on me and make sure I was still happy with the work even later on. Couldnt be more grateful to my friend for referring me here. Thank you Ritter and Ramsey Dental!

Being new to south Florida and not having gone to the dentist for oh, 4 or 5 years now, I wasnt sure where to go or who to see. I opened up Google, saw Ritter&Ramsey, saw the professional looking office photos, the great team of Doctors available, the great reviews, and called awesome Ashley to make an appointment. She got me in quickly after the holidays. Jenna, my hygienist is a PRO! There was nothing but friendly, knowledgeable faces, including all the patients being treated!! Doc Ritter gave me the once over, was friendly and welcoming and a pleasure to talk to after my treatment. Kathy at the checkout even gave me a wonderful cup of schwag, lip balm, mints, floss, ... This was all wonderful, but bottom line, TOP NOTCH Pros with great care, knowledge and treatment of all their patients. You dont go here, you are going to a lesser doctor!! Dont trust me on this, go see them and realize its the truth. THANK YOU ALL at Ritter & Ramsey, see you again soon. -Dave
