I love this office, staff, and dentist!!! From the moment I called Andy was very welcoming and helpful and told me to come right away and that they would take care of me. Believe I was there in less than 15 minutes! When I waked in Andy had a funny way of introducing himself and the facility but it actually made me more at ease and I felt relaxed. I know I am not the only one who walks in to a dentist scared to death. So the way Andy was when I first came eased my nervousness. There were two patients also in the waiting area and the check in process was quick. Within 15 I was already being seen. Xray time! Yes very scary and the moment of truth! But the X-ray technician (don’t remember her name but I do remember her smile) was extremely sweet, caring, and professional. When I saw my X-rays I was so upset and embarrassed to see them that I wanted to cry but she just still made me feel good about myself no matter what were the problems I was having. Absolutely sweet as can be. Then I met the dentist Dr. Simon Amini, he was very straight forward and showed his concern and suggested the work that had to be done. He explained everything well and answered all my questions throughly. And then the part where everyone kind of gets a heart attack from when seeing the dentist…besides getting your tooth pulled out…yep, yep, yep the Financial part! Before coming here I called about 8 dental offices in South beach and all were quoting extremely high! Yes it all varies by your situation, and the type of work you need done. I can say their prices were by far the best from all others and honestly the staff and dentist along with the quality of work is definitely worth it!!! AHHHH time to pull them out! I am a big baby and I mean big baby! I can’t tolerate pain and I’m always a nervous wreck! I can not say this enough on how the staff here in SoFi Dental made me comfortable and at ease. they did all possible to make sure I was calm and ready. They went above and beyond to make me relaxed. The male dentist was very concentrated in what he was doing and his assistant (didn’t get his name either) or maybe I don’t remember from the medicine haha was very supportive, comforting and encouraging. He talked me through it and kept checking on me making sure I was doing well. I had a horrible dental situation but the staff here is simply amazing and the best compared to the last 2 dentist office I have been in. The facility is very clean and organized. And once again if it was not for Andy hooking me at the first call I made I wouldn’t have came here. Everyone in SouthBeach should know about this office. Their staff is top and service and care went beyond what I was actually expecting! I will definitely continue to come here as they took so much good care of me! Thank you SoFi Dental!

careful budgets they offer. To me they gave me one. I thought it was right and when they finished they brought me treat me as a surprise that owed more money than originally budgeted. Also in the reception are not friendly and hide in that not everything can be budgeted. Do not tell the truth, you want to take for treatment and then they ask more money than you initially said.

I went to Miami on vacation for a week and in the middle of my trip I had started to experience a really bad toothache. I took all the advils, and tylenols but it became worse as time went by. Finally I asked the concierge of where I was staying at if he could recommend a dentist, he mentioned Sofi Dental, and first thing in the morning I called them up. The girl over the phone was very understanding of my situation. She had me come in right away. As soon as I made it there, I was greeted by her and introduced to Dr. Saidi. After filling out the usual paperwork, I was led to the dentist chair where he asked me some questions as to what I did prior to experiencing pain, he wanted to make sure he knew what led to my serious discomfort. The doctor did some tests to make sure he could isolate where the pain was coming from, ran some x rays and got to work to fix the pain. Long story short, he diagnosed the issue, - an exposed root and fixed it without fail. I am writing this just because this was so painful and Dr. Saidi and his staff were so kind in their approach to making me get better asap. Thank you Dr. Saidi. You and your staff deserve nothing but the best.

My first ever unsolicited testimonial...inspired by a root canal? As surprising as that might sound, its true! One could imagine the experience would have had to have made an impression nothing short of remarkable. Actually the root canal was just the tipping point of whats been a five-star treatment from the entire staff at Sofi Dental. Walking in for the first time, youre greeted by the warm, friendly, professional staff that quickly puts you at ease. All the hygienist are accredited dentists from their various home countries. After the meticulously thorough and gentle cleaning was finished, I had the pleasure meeting the most personable and talented Dr. Saidi. Equally as impressive as the quality of work, is his bedside manner. Not only do you feel like your teeth have been well taken care of and total attention given to your level of required pain management, but by the end of the appointment, he leaves you feeling like you made a friend. In short, there is no better place to trust the well being of your teeth than SoFi Dental and this testimonial is my way of saying Phew..the search for my ideal dental office is over!...and Thank you.

I was introduced to SoFi dental care in October 2013. It all started with a cleanup followed by a few x-rays that discovered a number of teeth developing cavities under my old filings and some between the teeth totally invisible to the naked eye. I had no complaints at all at this time. Dr. Ardavan Saidi suggested a treatment plan that attended all the issues and was covered by my dental insurance. Ironically some of the teeth started to hurt days before they were treated. It was sort of a confirmation and I was certain these guys knew what they were talking about. I knew I really waited till the last minute. Dr. Saidi carried out the whole treatment with extra care and attention. Months later I ran into him in the grocery store and he still remembered details about my teeth. I was quite amazed!

This office is a ripoff! Same thing happened to me like it did to "NoBe Guy". My family and I were supposed to have a free cleaning with our insurance. They charged me and my husband $45 each. This was all covered and agreed to in my insurance policy. They tried to sell $150 "prevention treatment plan" for each of our kids while they dont have any cavities. And for my 2 fillings they were going to charge me $1000 in total as a discount price... They lie and add additional charges and procedures that are NOT necessary. Dont go there if I were you.
