Today I called and spoke with Brittany. As most animal lovers know, when something is wrong with your belived pet, youre highly upset. I was not expecting a diagnoais, just some guidance as to wether I should bring my cat in right away, or just a flu type deal that I can monitor. This supervisor, after me bawling my eyes out, explaing the symptoms, completely ignored me on the phone, and turned around and spoke with another one of her coworkers, leaving me to hear the entire conversation with said co-worker while waiting for her response. When I asked her what kind of customer service that was, she said that was her customer service. Next, she then let me know that her customer service didnt matter, because I couldnt afford to bring my pet in for an examination anyway. Regardless of my payment situation, she had no right to put me down in that sense. Letting her know that regardless of my payment situation I have many, many, friends with pets that can afford to bring them to her facility and will be letting them know to NOT bring there animals there because essentially they do not care and I would not be surprised if they let your animal die. So Brittany, your quote supervision position unquote is a huge crock of s*** and I better not meet you in public.

I have a 5 month old, 2 pound dog that I was given when he was 5 weeks old. Other vets in the area, wouldnt neuter him unless he was 4 pounds and they wanted $200+ to do it. Even the Humane Society was expensive by the time you added their fees for this and that. For the price everyone else charged just for a neuter, Dr. Reddick did the neuter, laser therapy on the surgery site, microchipped him, gave him an antibiotic injection, pain medicine injection, AND, because his sibling pooped worms, Dr. Reddick also checked his stool, and gave him tapeworm medicine as a precautionary. I cant say enough good about Dr. Reddick and her staff. They go above and beyond to care for your pet. I am so glad my dog groomer told me about them.

We were from out of state and our dog was in pain when going to bathroom. We had no idea what could be wrong and were extremely concerned. We called two other clinics first thing in am and they couldnt get us in. We called this clinic and they said of course, be here at 230. They took excellent care and office visit, xrays and meds were 150. I thought that was great. UTI was diagnosis. No blockage which is what we were worried about. They were thorough, informative and when we went back to campground, we recommended to others. Excellent service and very kind. Thank you. Sydney

Heartland has been my vet since I moved to Florida 2.5 years ago. A few days ago. I had to make the difficult decision, to put my baby out of his misery. They were very kind, caring, and helpful. I love this place and she cares. She really really cares. Not only about the animals but the human to. I have referred everyone to them. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The prices are reasonable she knows people dont have that kind of money to keep spending so she cares about the prices to. Love you angels at heartland. Keep up the great work.

Love the whole staff, they are always very helpful and kind...Dr Reddick is a masterful surgeon and an intuitive diagnostician. The group works very well together. I trust this practice, i have had a few dicey health issues with my pets and dr Reddick has saved the day more than once.
