"The fact that a person acted pursuant to order of his Government or of a superior does not relieve him from responsibility under international law, provided a moral choice was in fact possible to him”. This principle could be paraphrased as follows: "It is not an acceptable excuse to say I was just following my superiors orders’". I begged them to not vaccinate my 19 year old cat but they forced it on him and he went into anaphylactic shock . I called the vet when we reached home and they blew me off, saying it would have happened sooner, treating me like I didnt know something was wrong with my cat. He seemed to stabilize but in reality the cats organs were shutting down within the week and I had to let him go... I had only took him in for a bruised shoulder from tripping on him. Xrays by another vet confirmed I had not done any damage from tripping over him but that all his organs were failing.

Dont Bother Its been a while since Ive had to deal with the front desk here and Id forgotten how absent minded they are. I have an appointment at 8:30, call them to let them know if Im going to be ok to still come in about 10 minutes late. They say thats fine, I get here about 12 min late if we really want to split hairs. Then proceed to wait, about 25 min after Im waiting I go back up to the front desk and ask when I should expect to be seen. "Oh, you havent been seen yet?" Annnnnd, here we go... so I have to wait another hour (maybe longer, im in the lobby now) as a penalty for being late? And thats just before they see me. Why wouldnt they have told me when I got here instead of having me wait? I gave them the courtesy ahead to call and say I was running late... they should have told me Id have to wait another hour before being seen. Looking for another vet now.

Met Dr. Chris OSullivan at Andersons Animal Clinic last week, and pretty much decided hes our new vet on the spot. He was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable about what was ailing our dog Maggie, and offered different options on taking care of her. As a plus, Maggie seemed to like him, too. The staff is so nice and friendly.....a welcome experience. I am happy to highly recommend Andersons, and Im very relieved to have found them, thanks to a close friends recommendation. You never want to be in a situation where you need a vets care, but I look forward to seeing these folks the next time I do!

We have recently adopted a dog and started taking her here for care at the age of 4 months. Dr. Moore has been wonderful with our dog and our cat which we previously had been taking there for all of the check ups needed. They were wonderful when we needed to put our one cat of 14 years down due to heart disease, very understanding and caring staff. I would recommend them to everyone.

My dog went in feeling sick, I could tell from his normal ways. Vet Anderson assure the dog was fine and died a day later. Theyre unethical and completely under qualified, lacking good judgement. They could never replace the member of our family that we lost due to them not doing their job.

The people here actually love animals! Theyre not just here for the money, dr. OSullivan is just so devoted and takes good care of the puppies and kitty cats. Whenever I have to go out of town I will never leave my little boy with anyone but dr. OSullivan and his crew

I have been going to Anderson Animal Clinic since 1983...that is a long time! I have always adored Dr. Anderson and Mrs. Anderson. Dr. Hendry is a little more harder to adjust to. He is a good doctor, just not everyones cup of tea.
